Took my car to them for alignment and tire balance payed $165, and had no result. I took my car there second time and I told them my alignment is still messed up and my tire balance was never fixed so they checked again and they said your suspension needs to be replaced which I agreed to fix that, but alignment was never fixed.

Good communication about how long it would take, what they were doing, what they did and didn’t find. Tire has been repeatedly losing pressure (very slowly over days or weeks). They could not find anything wrong with tire, so it’s still a mystery, but they didn’t charge me anything for that, so I’m okay with it. I also got a routine tire alignment for $20
