Great Kickboxing class!! They also have the best prices for MMA in the surrounding areas. Trainers will definitely work you out hard and get you in the shape you need to be in. They offer an abundance of class times to fit your schedule and even offer Saturday Kickboxing. Great gym with a great atmosphere!!!

Awesome gym and great trainers. I have been attending the gym since 2014. I have learned a lot about self-defense, maintaining my health, and stepping outside of my comfort zone. I encourage anyone to visit one of the locations and give it a go

I went here for BJJ instruction and training. The instruction, students, and the school were nice (aside from the large gaps in the mats). The management/owner, however, left much to be desired.I was on a month to month agreement. I got injured elsewhere, so I went in to request that they cancel my membership. While there, an employee suggested that I just place my dues on hold and then resume payment once I recovered and resumed training. Sounded like a simple solution, so I obliged. The guys actually working here are cool, but they couldn't actually stop payments, only the owner/manager could. The following month, I proceed to check my credit card statement, to find out that I was charged after that conversation. I physically went in again to resolve the issue, but I was referred to Facebook Messenger to speak to the owner/manager directly, since he is never actually there. I explained the situation on Messenger and the owner said he would take care of it and resume payment when I was better (I assumed in October). Then, I check my card statement again a month later, and come to find out that I'm still being charged ?. I shouldn't have to continue to deal with this issue. I just don't have the time for it. I messaged him about the current issues, now radio silence...Now I'm forced to send a certified letter and dispute the charges. Not good business... This wasn't the end of the relationship I was expecting, but I should have heeded the other reviewers. I don't trust the owner or his business practices. I will have to look for a school with an owner that has integrity and a presence at his business.

I’ve been wanting to join this gym for years as I have always wanted to learn boxing & kick boxing. I was set up for a trial so I came in early to check out the gym. It seemed like a lot of fun and I was so excited. I sat waiting for a moment before going over to ask the person that I now know to be the trainer, if he was the trainer and when would the class start. He had his head phones in and was on the phone so he couldn’t possibly hear me. I tapped the desk and he slid his earplugs over, I asked the question to him once more and he responded that it would begin soon. However, “people are usually late” but stated that he would come and get me once the class has started. I sat down on the bench and watched as others came in to prepare for class. The same instructor I spoke with walked over to his students and started to interact with them all while I am still sitting on the bench waiting for him to come and get me. The instructor got the class ready to do warm ups, and I am still sitting on the bench waiting for him to “come and get me.” The class began warming up, and I am still sitting on the bench watching and waiting for him to come get me so that I can also take the class. But he never came and got me. The class started at 6:28pm. After sitting and waiting for him to come and get for what seemed like an eternity, I finally decided to leave at 6:42pm. I was ignored and neglected which was not a great feeling as I was thrilled to get back to into being active and engaging in an activity that I was very interested in. I will say, the guy who was training the boxers was a sweet heart. He spoke to me several times and appeared to be very surprised when I left. There does need to be someone at the front desk to greet existing and potential customers and to also let the trainers know when they have a newbie joining the class. I left feeling the absolute worse and I honestly felt like the trainer just didn’t want to be bothered. I appreciate the invite to try you guys out however, I did not prepare nor anticipate the feelings of hurt, neglect, and disappointment that I experienced and encountered when I made the decision to give this gym a test run today.

Cons : They won’t let you cancel your contract that would mean they’re greedy like you don’t know peoples financial situation!!! When i first walked in the gym I had to wait thirty minutes because they had no receptionist at the desk and i see a lot of people waiting just to get shown what to do and sign the contract. It’s a little awkward and not that welcoming they’ll show you what to do and a lot of people stare.
