absolutely the worst Kroger store I've ever been in. Not restocked, no cashiers and only 4 of 12 uScans open, not honoring sale prices with my loyalty card scanned and when I called them for it they called security. You got to keep your overpriced groceries and cancel my Kroger card; I will NEVER shop ANY Kroger ANYWHERE again.

Extremely long wait times for your prescriptions to be filled and terrible customer service. I have not been able to get on the phone with the pharmacy for weeks. They put you on hold and then hang up on you.I tried to get a prescription that was supposed to be ready weeks ago and they had no record of it. I went in person and the technician said she wasn’t able to see any info on it. When I asked for a solution because I cannot get in touch with anyone who can help me, she said “it is what it is” and that the service I receive is “just what you get”. This is outrageous and unacceptable for the company.And it’s not just this pharmacy. It’s several I’ve been to. Are there any good pharmacies anymore?

Rude pharmacists. I asked when my meds would be ready and she spoke to me with a tone in her voice and it instantly rubbed me the wrong way. I wasted $11 via lyft just to not get my meds. I contacted my friend to tell her what happened and she offered to go pick them up for me.

This is the worst grocery store and pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. that never have anything on the shelves and every single staff member treats you like you are a thief and will watch you and follow you down aisles. The pharmacy lies you about your meds does not call you whenever they don't have any stock they are racist and rude they purposely will take forever on your prescriptions and knowing that you need them and they will purposely make sure you don't get your prescriptions when you desperately need them do not go to the store.

UNPROFESSIONAL !! The lady who answered the phone hung up on me after asking to get the medication changed to a different location. She said she doesn’t have to do anything I asked because the other pharmacy can see it and can do it because she didn’t want to.

This pharmacy used to be one of the best now it needs a complete re-do.Prescriptions take 3-5 days to fill. Staff is rude, unhelpful, and have a terrible attitude.I'm done with this place.

Lana and her employees are very rude. They were in there talking about everything except there job. Every single time i come here they can NEVER fond our info so i have to resubmit every single time. Not to mention i sat there over an hour WHEN THERE WAS ZERO OTHER CUSTOMERS. I finally walked to the counter and ask what they delay was and the rudest worker (did not get her name) couldn’tfind his info that fast!!!! I just gave it to them when i first checked in. So then she finally found it started slamming pill bottles around told me to sign and tossed his meds to me. No one asked if i needed someone to go over the medication with me or anything she just tossed it and said nothing else! This is not the first experience i have had at this facility. Hands down this is the worst pharmacy ever

THIS REVIEW IS GEARED TOWARDS THE PHARMACY. If you want to actually get your meds filled, DONT GO HERE. BESIDES being rude asf they always have an excuse why your meds take days. Supposedly they're so behind they can't refill meds the same day, even tho the meds are heart meds that can't be missed. Pharmacist claims they're way behind but that is not our fault nor problem when you're supposed to be reliable. And I've been 3x since moving to the area and each time there's an excuse, and it never makes sense. If you can't get it together within 90 days time maybe you need to change the way you're doing things. Prescription meds are important and not something people can just stop taking due to them not running things right. And calling to refill ahead of time is pointless due to their automated system being trash. If she can't keep up they need to get her help or hire someone who CAN keep up. Review will also be going in yelp and whatever else so deleting it is pointless.

Some of the most RUDE and unprofessional people I’ve EVER encountered at a pharmacy! I came to pick up my dad’s medicine and all I can say is, it’s not my fault you chose this profession. I was happy, energetic, saying thank you sir/ma’am… just giving the respect and common courtesy that is due. Well it was not reciprocated. I’ll start with, before I went to pick up his medicine, I called to make sure it was ready, well, the RUDE girl hung up in my face before ending the call professionally with a “bye”. Secondly, when I got there, the guy at the window, was whispering inn the phone. I politely said I’m sorry I barely can hear you, is it possible to speak louder… he looked at me as if I was speaking Spanish and continued to talk low on text speaker phone. The entire interaction from the phone call to the purchasing of my dad’s medication was unsettling. As medical customer service professionals, they need to have the skills needed to work WITH customers!

My husband was in a car accident last night. We got home at 4 AM. I took his prescriptions to the Kroger Pharmacy ( his regular pharmacy) around 11:30 AM. The young clerk said she had to check with the pharmacist. She came back to say that it would be tomorrow after no before the prescription would be ready!! Ridiculous! If you can’t do any better than that, close your doors! Publix had it ready in a hour!

Horrible customer service... Staff is rude and the pharmacist seem to be disorganized and short with customers.I've been using this pharmcy for about 7 months and i absolutely dreed going for refills. I alway have at least a three day wait for my refill; longer if the medication is out of stock.I can only order refills two days in advance because its considered a contrlled medication.

If I could give a ZERO star I would! LANA the pharmacist is a complete mess. My doctor sent my 5 year old son prescription over for his oxygen and breathing treatment that was needed for him to make it through the night, I made it to pick the prescription up at 7:50pm I had 10minutes before closing, One of the pharmacy techs told me it wasn't ready yet, I let her know that I can wait on it because he needed it through the night. She then explained to LANA(pharmacist) what the issue was and LANA said "oh we're CLOSED!! very RUDELY..I then told Lana I made it here at 7:50 and it was very urgent that I get his meds so we can make it through the night, she then said to me that she has a life and she was about to go home, the prescription not ready, and she's not an ER doctor!! I proceeded to let her know I know she wasn't the ER doc we just left the ER Im here to pick up the meds that the doc ordered to be filled. In a critical situation she completely had no sympathy for my child, like his life don't matter!... Her lack of emotions and professionalism is not suitable for a pharmacist. The customer service I received from LANA was the worst ever!! If you really need meds DON'T go to this location!!Fast forward, I went back the next morning and she still refused to fill the prescription which was fine with me, I wouldn't trust her to fill ANYTHING. The store manager got it transfered to another location and it was ready in 10 minutes. Oh this is just beginning she will be getting a complaint to the Board of Pharmaceutical!!!
