They have significantly improved since a couple of years ago. People are nicer, there's a drive thru, and automated service helps you see if a prescription is ready or not. They answer the phone and are cordial and helpful now.

The worst pharmacy I have ever used. It may be incredibly convenient to me in terms of location but the headaches they put me through to get my prescriptions isn't worth the convenience of location. My medication is on a monthly auto-refill, however they never seem to fill it on time. Additionally, when the prescription had run out they failed to notify me. It took several days to get that issue resolved. They have terrible customer service and no one seems to really care. I will never use them again!

This store is horrible. Pharmacy is by far the worst department in the store. I am switching my prescriptions to another store, any store, so I do not have to return to this location. Lived in this area for 18 years and have watched this store do nothing but go down hill. So sad!!!

Every time I buy an cake or cup cake products here, it's always stale but the dates says it's not expired but the product taste otherwise. I bought cereal today that expires in 2023 but the cereal is stale!! Kroger please fix this disappointment!

Stopped going here long ago. To crowded, more self-check outs than real. Real one are always backed up. Now I see there a Star bucks in there. Ingles right around the corner. Thats where I'm going

✨DO NOT BRING YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE!! ✨ I wouldn’t even give this pharmacy a one star. I went in for spinal surgery this morning dropped my prescription off with them told me come back 2 hours later and when my driver pulled up to the drive thru THEY WERE CLOSED at 5:45! (When the sign clearly says 8am - 8pm) I can barely walk and when I called toask what is going on they told me I had to walk inside! I told them I physically can’t, they put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back and got told they close the drive thru at various times through out the day but do not give any warning because “customer’s know this” I haven’t used this pharmacy in years and this happening made me realize why. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Kroger to Kroger rating. Thing is, in other states this would be a 2. But here in northern Georgia, it's a 4. Room to move in some areas, but coming off as claustrophobic in most of the store. Clean. Well stocked. Check out is area is leaps and bounds above most other Kroger check outs in the area. Self check out helper was greeting, chatting and thanking everyone for coming in. Liked the personal touch.

I would give them Negative Stars at this point. Nobody seems to understand how to bill for my husband's asthma medication. Every month it's different. He switched it to CVS no problem at all.I have gone 2 weeks without one of medications. I called it in for a refill last month and couldn't get it for 8 days. I called it in on Oct 14th today is the 25th and I keep getting the run around.

Drive thru never openRejects walk in patrons from picking up prescriptions at abitrary times regardless of their posted open/closed times. Give somewhere else your business.

They have gotten terrible. I understand being short staffed but if that is the case stop doing the vaccinations here and getting the customers their medicines that are obviously what they need. My prescription was sent to hem Friday morning and it still has not been filled. No reason to shut down the drive thru, if they have 2 people at the register inside just have one of them do the driv thru and out a hold on the vaccinations.
