Some of the kroger employees are nice. This location have a device they use so they don't have to process certain refunds, so I'm not crazy about this location anymore due to also wasting gas driving there to process a refund in the first place.
Also I've have encountered rude older women (customers) who shop here, it's not a pleasan experience.

The floors were still very dirty, with the same layer of black dirt on top. The floor tiles almost looked gray instead of the white.

Kroger is my go-to supermarket for its convenience and variety. The store layout is intuitive, making it easy to find everything on my shopping list. The produce section is fresh and well-stocked, and I appreciate the wide selection of organic options available. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the self-checkout lanes help expedite the process during busy times. While the prices can be a bit higher than discount supermarkets, the quality and convenience make it worth it for me. Overall, a great shopping experience that keeps me coming back.

I'm so disappointed ? I had my prescription send over from the Facility and they wasn't ready both time so I ask the pharmacist and the best solution he had was that they get 100 prescriptions in line and unless you call or come in that what's get you you first well I told him I called an was put on hold for 20 minutes. I thought they forgot that I was holding the customer service is terrible. I switch from CVS because of that I guess I'll just have to find another pharmacy who will appreciate my business because apparently they don't just thought I should let someone know about my experience. sad ? but true.

This is the worst Kroger Pharmacy. The employees are rude. I have called 4 times in a roll and all 4 times they have pick up the phone and hung up each time without saying a word. I decided to call the store and speak with the manager, and the manager said she couldn't do anything but transfer the call back to the pharmacy. Nevertheless of course the pharmacy did the same thing, pick up and hang up. Note for self find another pharmacy......

I’ve lived in Douglas County for about 50 years now, this Kroger used to be my favorite. It’s rundown so badly now they need to close it down and build us a new Kroger. They never have a good selection of food in the deli like other grocery stores, the seafood department also is low on good selection and their customer service is lacking!

It's the only Kroger I've visited who doesn't discount with your Kroger card I don't understand why.

So I came to this Kroger after I was disrespected on Hwy 5 Kroger. Derrick at this Kroger on hospital drive had no problem getting me right with what i need. He actually went above and beyond. Thank you Derrick much thanks to you for being outstanding at your job

I ordered 96 pieces of fried chicken and 96 pieces of baked chicken for an event. Anne took my order, she was very pleasant and reassuring my order would be ready for pick up. The chicken was ready, hot and delicious. I will use Kroger on Hospital Drive again.
