Not sure if I was at Lowe’s or WalMart. Only checkout open is self checkout. I have to scan my items, pay for my items myself while the 2 PAID cashiers stand beside me and watch. Make it make sense.

It seems to me that nobody wants or knows how to do their job. My husband had to walk back to their outdoor tool section to take a picture of the display bc they could not walk back themselves all while the second Lady is standing there sipping on a coffee talking to her co worker. But this is a reoccurring event for us now. If Home Depot sold ego tools we would be there all the time. This location has for sure gone down in their customer service. After waiting another 20 mins for them to take off a sensor we just walked out.

My husband and I spent thousands of dollars with the Lowe's in Doughlasville to get our bathrooms remodeled over the years but we will never go there again!!! We bought some materials and three of the parts didn't fit so when we took them back to get our money back. they scanned the bar code because I lost the receipt. She told be it will go back into my account since I had a new bank card. I would have never noticed it never went back into my account had I not checked my bank statements. Come to find out they ended up pulling someone else's card number up and refunded it to someone else's card. My bank is just across the lot (Truist ) they assured me it wasn't there end. Ended up having to file a police report and even have a case number. Mike the Manager didn't want to step up. Now I am going to have to sue. It not but 56.90 refund but it principal. No telling how many others they've done this to. Never shopping there again.

Lowe’s suck but Calvin ROCK and has excellent customer service! I experienced several issues with their so called, “Customer Service” and each time Calvin stepped up to resolve issue. I don’t know his position but deserves praise. The customer service rep Aly who looked like a deer in headlights and didn’t assist or was helpful!

Has to go in store to buy a refrigerator because the app doesn't accommodate non Lowe's gift cards.
The refrigerator came already damaged like from a forklift and tape over the box to hide it.
I refused the delivery and they made us wait 2 more days for another one with zero compensation for missing work twice.
Finally we were last on the delivery list on the return day. They texted out for delivery at 7am and didn't deliver it until 8pm. Wasting my entire Saturday.
Don't use Lowe's for appliances ever.

I bought a lot of fittings to run gas lines under my house. Went to return the ones I hadn't used. They refused to return the items, about 15, without a receipt they won't even give store credit. I have bought many items from Lowe's including 2 water heaters a refrigerator and a gas stove. NEVER AGAIN will I darken their door. Terrible customer service.

I need an explation as to WHY this is the second time I have been singled out when useing their self check..and its ALWAYS A WHITE WOMAN THINKING I NEED "HELP".Today..3 LARGE bags of dirt..6 flower pots..a TRAY of flowers..I came inside to check out as I was in a hurry.The other woman stood at a distance and watched me count and check out EVERYTHING..BEFORE i was harassed by that old white woman.SURERLY LOST MY BUSINESS.
