My husband and I were there today, looking at rings, specifically a Levian. We were ignored by two employees working there. Waiting about five minutes then we left. Poor customer service, will never shop there again.

There were 6 pairs of jeans (same style) on the 60% off rack. Was told I need to look for a sticker on the ticket because they didn't have anywhere else to place these jeans.

This Mall is in a excellent location but the current condition of the exterior is not what it use to be the landscape is horrible, no mulch, no weed eating. The the faded out paint job on the signs all needs to be updated from that horrible color. Make it into a restaurant Mall,but food court with some High Restaurants, high end stores turn it into and outlets mall surrounding it, bring it back to life .

I recently went to the Mac counter for assistance and the Mac employee was assisting another customer at the time. Mazie, who works at another counter, saw me and happily came over to help with getting my product. Excellent customer service. :)
