I’m happy to share the excellent customer service at this location. The manager and team were attentive and patient with our various decisions and details. We were able to get my tux fitted and just look the way I wanted. They also staffed bilingual employees and were able to adhere to my family’s needs.

We just got back from purchasing my wedding suit this morning! I was greeted upon walking in and Trent provided top notch customer service throughout the entire fitting process. All the staff had smiles on their faces and were extremely helpful! I was able to get exactly the kind of suit I was looking for at an incredible price! Would highly recommend, and thank you again Trent for all your help!

I went in to get fitted and rent a tux. I went in on a Sunday to receive a tux before Saturday. I called ahead, and they said it would be no problem as long as it was before Wednesday. No mention whatsoever of rush fee. But that’s fine! We get into the store. Horrific customer service, the man mumbled, used strange and peculiar voices, did not answer our questions. He did not help us select a tuxedo in any way, told us things did not cost extra which did. He was stubborn and unhelpful in selecting the tuxedo itself. The only time we found out about any extra charges was when we were going to check out. They advertise a $99 dollar tux, so when we checked out it was $280. I asked why and he said it was slim fit despite never mentioning any additional cost when he asked us if we want it. I’m not a professional tuxedo renter. I don’t know what costs what. We asked for the $99 one and he was extremely rude. Ultimately, that’s a 3 star experience. I had to remove another because when I returned it on Monday, I was charged $40 late fee. No text, no mention on receipt, nothing on the text of what I signed, didn’t see that on the tux itself, definitely wasn’t told that. Great job guys. Never doing business here again.

Avoid the Douglasville location if possible. We walked in and no one acknowledged us. Other customers walked in and were also not acknowledged. When you walk in the store; there is a QR code to scan to sign in for rentals. We scanned, signed in and remained at #6 indefinitely. My husband and I had to leave for another appointment and had to return to the store later in the day. We remained at number 6 in the virtual que while we were away so we called to store to see if the virtual que was monitored and the store representative said no. So, why is there a sign when you immediately walk in to scan the QR code and register your name and details? Once we received assistance, the vest ordered for my husband did not fit. The correct size was ordered, the wrong size was delivered. Not the stores fault but the apathy was astounding. The store was unable to get a replacement vest in prior to the wedding and they were like "oh well." Even if they can't get a replacement in, at least pretend to feel bad. Without the vest, the tie is too short. My husband had the store find a tie that was close in color and they were going to sell him the tie for $40.00. The sales rep finally agreed to sell him the tie at cost, which was $8.00. The manager ended up giving my husband the tie, but again, total apathy. Greeting a customer, even to say, "I'll be right with you" is basic customer service. If the order is incorrect, at least pretend to care and see if a solution is possible. If your store is doing suit rentals, you know that there is a special event for someone, so show a little compassion.
