Tiffanys the Very Best in customer service! She deserves a 5 star, but metro deserves a 4 star the ought to be ashamed not to mention the wifi box doesnt work on certain towers, therefore all people cannot get the free month with the new service. SMH

???Every time I come to this store, it’s an issue. First , I made a payment for my phone service. Days later, my phone was suspended for non payment. I revisit their store to tell them about the issue. Asst Store Manger Kisha said if they can’t locate the receipt, it’s like it never happened despite showing them the bill statement where it was taken out of my account. Finally, after two days of searching and me spending hours at the store, they were able to locate it and restore services. On another occasion, I had an insurance claim because my phone wasn’t working properly. I followed the steps after inserting the sims card, but it still wasn’t operable. I visit the store again after spending another two hours there. An employee was able to get the matter resolved after finding out, Metro had the wrong IMEI number programmed for my phone. I called metro pcs customer service to see if I could get a discount for all the inconveniences. I escalated the issue to Manager Frank. He said he couldn’t give a credit the account for a store issue. Ms. Kisha, assistant store manager, said she couldn’t do it either. I felt some type of accommodations could’ve been made , considering I spent a total of 10 hours there in a matter of a couple of weeks. ??????

Nasty customer service in this storeI was just trying to switch from boost mobile to metropcs but the girl was trying to show me her metallic teeth saying you need to apply for government discount but I don't want any discount for government

horrible experience, I called around 5:20 today about starting a new line. I was told not only could he not tell me about any promotions or deals over the phone but that he couldn't help me at all over the phone, even after I asked about the previously mentioned. best and quickest way to lose a customer, I would tell you the name of the guy who answered the phone but his mumbling made it hard to catch his name.

I don't remember her name it was long and unique, but she sat on the phone with customer service for over an hour. after I had tried many times before, I accidentally paid the wrong account and she did everything in her power to get my payment fixed. And she did!! She knows what she doing!
