He helped me better than any other sales rep over Verizon,TMobile, sprint and everything! I was not oversold or taken advantage of and he was very thorough and knowledgeable about so much!

So glad to have came across this location. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and assisted by Samantha. Samantha definitely made our experience there a pleasant one as she was personable, funny and helpful. We got 2 new phones, 2 of the best lines, and a few accessories all for a GREAT price. Shot out to Danyel at the Metro store on douglas blvd , located in Douglasvill ga! I was having an internet issues, she went way and beyond the call of duty. Even so much as giving me her own internet box, until Metro is able to repair mines. She's truly is a blessing to that store, I hope her manager knows how valuable of a employee that he has representing his company.I really would like to see her make it into the management field ,because she truly have management skills.

Love ❤ Love ❤ Love ❤ MetroPCS in Douglasville all staff is informative knowledgeable and personable they always help me with any and all questions and concerns regarding my cell phone and or plan and my bill I don't go to any other store. And oh yes, Sam, the manager, is very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. So, as long as Sam is there I will be going to this Metro!!!
