There was huge disconnect between their phone number and what they could actually do for me. I called a week ago and the woman said I can drop my car off monday March 10th. So I took off time from work to bring it in so I could pay a diagnostic fee to get it looked at. I get to the place on Monday and I find out it's closed. Nobody gave me a heads up. I went in the next day when they were open and the guy at the desk said they don't work on European cars. He was at least cordial and helpful in pointing me to a place where I could get my car worked on. But I wasted time, energy, and money even calling this place from the start. Get someone who's actually helpful to answer the phone.

I’ve always considered Randy as an honest man. As of today that’s no longer true, I shouldn’t have to pay Randy & Ford for the same thing that should have been done the 1st time. None of my vehicles will go back to his shop for anything at all. Honesty is the best policy but not at Modern Auto. The diagnostics was wrong I was supposed to get a tune up as per Randy and the vehicle kept miss firing

On a business trip in Douglasville with my husband and our alternator goes out. We called around but this seemed to be the most reasonably priced and the nicest mechanics. They knew we had to check out of our hotel so as soon as we walked over (6 min walk from our hotel) they had us ready to go. Come here if you ever get stuck in a bind as we did. They are so good at what they do and nice as can be. Thank y’all again so much for getting us back on the road 6 hours from home!Service: Auto maintenance
