I’ve been to Nail Trip before and never had an issue, but my most recent visit was disappointing. I was overcharged for a service I regularly get, and when I brought it up, a worker that I’ve never seen gave me an excuse for the higher price that didn’t make sense. Once I told her that’s not what I usually pay, she reluctantly offered to discount it. On top of that, the end result wasn’t up to the usual standard — definitely not worth the price I was originally charged. Unfortunately, this experience has made me rethink coming back.

Just got a pedicure by Mini and she was absolutely amazing! So kind, gentle, and professional. Her attention to detail was spot on, and the foot massage was everything — super relaxing and exactly what I needed. She just gained a new customer for sure. I’ll definitely be back to see her! 💅🏽✨

The ladies were super nice and the massages were great. However, after having my gel nails for only a few days, my polish started chipping. Now after a week, the polish on my index finger is peeling up. I get gel because I use my hands a lot during work so I want something more durable than traditional polish but I can’t have long nails so I can’t do acrylic. I’ve had gel done at other locations that lasted 6 weeks. This just wasn’t worth the money…not returning.

I don't know my schedule far enough in advance to make nail appointments. That's what first brought me here. I have always been a walk in and I have never waited more than 15 minutes.
I hadnt had my nails done in 20 years (it used to be $20!!) So I was a little surprised when what I used to get for $20 is now $50+ but after comparing, Nail Trip is comparable and usually $5 or so less than places I checked out on chapel hill and at the mall. I've been getting my nails done consistently for 4 months here and I've been satisfied every time.

I got a basic pedicure but it felt really rushed. I've gotten plenty of basic pedicures at other shops and they scrub your feet and use hot towels/massage legs. The tech literally only clipped my big toes, barely scrubbed the bottom of feet(2-3 scrubs) per foot and she started putting polish on toes. What a joke. I got gel and got my daughter toes painted with gel and it was $68. Didn't know it would be that much for the Iack of service I received.

The worst pedicure I’ve gotten in a while. I got the deluxe but it felt rushed. I Barely got a massage let alone a longer one which is why I upgraded. Dried clay was left on the back of my leg and was charged an extra 5 dollars for a callus removal service that I didn’t ask for and the lady never mentioned it to me. Bare minimum effort was given during this pedicure and I won’t be back. Would not recommend.

I stumbled into this place because I needed my nails removed and I was a little pressed for time to make it to my regular shop so I let them convince me to do a full set Once she put the Tips on this woman try to up charge me for everything under the sun. She told me that it would be an additional $10 for long nails. I don’t ever get long nails look at this picture. The pinky is what they considered to be a long Nail. I hate when people try to take advantage just because they think you’ll just sweep it under the rug, I definitely had them remove what they did and left .

Definitely listen about the random charges!! Walked in and asked for a manicure the lady just started painting my nails so cuticle clean no buffing just paint. She later said she didn't know I wanted a manicure just thought I wanted a paint. CHARGE ME $40 for a paint and their mistake. Hated the color and the paint still paid but I won't return. There isn't even a price menu because they charge random prices. Absolutely wouldn't recommend unless you like wasting money.

My nails felt rushed, she massaged one leg and not the other, I had to walk barefoot on the floor. She didn't help put my shoes back on. People just don't care about good service anymore ?

This place gives the best pedicures! I highly recommend coming here to get a your toes done. They do such an amazing job and make sure you are comfortable . Super sweet, friendly, and professional.
