I'm not surprised they a 2.0 rating. I'm a Marine Corps war veteran with a bad back and came in to buy a chair. The Memorial Day specials started today and three of the chairs that I wanted to purchase they had none in supply. I offered to purchase one of the chairs at full price even though it's used, the manager told me that I would have to pay full price plus an addition $15 installation fee for a used chair. What kind of customer service is this? I will not be returning and those readers should consider the same.

I’ve come into office max several times to print and never had an issue. However today Jaylin, the female employee who was working at the printing desk was ridiculously rude and unprofessional to my friend and I.

I've come into office max several times to print and never had an issue. However today Jaylin, the female employee who was working at the printing desk was ridiculously rude and unprofessional to my friend and I. So I signed in at 5:10pm. After waiting a few minutes in line we tell Jaylin that we'd like 3 things printed on standard paper. we specifically mentioned several times that we wanted whatever the cheapest paper is but in a larger size than a standard sheet. So she confirms our copies and says shes going to print them. For the next 45 minutes, yes you heard me, 45 minutes for a print, she proceeded to help literally every other customer that came in. Shes taking them ahead of us and printing their stuff in less than 5 minutes. Shes answering questions, the full 9 yards of communication with every other customer besides us. We stood there for 45 minutes until we finally asked when our stuff would be ready. She says "one second" and literally prints them immediately... so she had us standing there for no reason. Then we go up to the desk to pay, and we're irritated but we're not gonna say anything. She says "the total is $51". My friend asks "why is it so much? Its never been that high before" and she just side eyes us and shes like "thats just what it costs". So my friend asks "no but again, why is it so high?". We found out it's because she gave us poster board paper instead of regular paper like we specifically mentioned several times in the beginning of this process. So we ask "can we just redo this but with the correct paper?" And she stares at us blankly. At this point other customers are staring and its very uncomfortable. So we say "its fine lets just cancel it" and she throws the posters in the trash and says "you're free to go" after all of that.Morale is, I hope that if you plan on getting some things printed from this store that you happen to come while Jaylin is not working. She made us and the other customers around us extremely uncomfortable and wasted a chunk of our day. I've never had to leave a bad review for a store and complain about an employee, I try not to be a Karen but this was ridiculous and needs to be acknowledged.

Horrible supervision and customer service! Self service copiers are old and mess up your copies. Need to be upgraded!

HORRIBLE ... The lady printing papers off literally walked I circles for 25 mins I literally sat there and watched and she didn't even call for help! Thank GOD a manager walked by and sent her home and helped us. I thought this was a joke !! I even busted out laughing because I couldn't believe she literally ignored everyone for 5 mins then 20 mins she spent trying to fix a machine no one needed. I had to remain Patient but this was ridiculous ! Missie (The Manager) Came and really swooped in a and saver the day. I was in the store for about an hour trying to get a simple paper printed . #NIGHTMARE I WILL NOT BE BACK EVER !

I can't for the life of me figure why it's only 2 stars unless their isn't enough ratings. I went by there today and was greeted with kindness and respect. Everyone was helpful and experienced. I went there for copies and i didn't have to wait long at all, even after having to email what i needed to them to be copied. I will continue to utilize this establishment before any other.

I have been to this location two times and the two experiences were like night and day. The first time, I had a bad impression, because the service was extremely slow, although polite, and I could not get my print job completed, because of the printer defects. On my prior experience, we had a darker version of the invitation and because of the printer's defect, the colors were bleeding when we printed the proofs of our wedding invite. I left the store saying I would not come back. The second time around, has changed my whole perspective. I hate to be that customer that comes in less than an hour before closing, and lingering on beyond the closing point. But..., it happened yesterday, because I had an interview scheduled, and forgot to print out my documents due to a busy weekend. Additionally, my wedding is around the corner, and we had just finished up the revised and FINAL version of the wedding invitations and RSVP cards the day before. We ended up changing our design because of to match the décor color scheme, and going with a lighter design. I decided to get another proof of the card stock paper, since I was there, and not in the mood to order from another party online and wait. They came out beautifully. The associate behind the counter, Steven went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he print them front an back, but he also cut them for me, per my request. He was very patient with me, and did not make me feel rushed at all. Because of his efforts, my invites and rsvp cards are ready to be sent out, and I was even able to save money because of the Office Depot/Office Max "in-store" coupon, that I found on the website. Excellent customer service goes a long way. Thank you so much for your help Steven.

I bought a printer in 2016 at this location and had to trade it in on a new printer 2/9/18. Very smooth transaction and I did purchase the Warranty protection plan for 2 years and I am so happy I did� Thank you Keith and I don't how spell his managers name but it started with a K, I am so happy with purchase of my new printer it was so easy to set up and get started with printing. I am a very happy customer! I'm here at this location twice a month���

This location went above and beyond to help my mother get a class set of composition books for her kindergarten classroom! Diane made sure she would be able to use their sale to get these at the cheapest possible price! Thanks for supporting your local educators!

Most terrible experience ever with the printing center in this location and at the Lithia Springs location. They need to learn how to handle situations the professional way and not write off customers like they're not important. Will never go back to an Office Depot/Max again.

Old and run down. Girl handed me my copies and I guess just expected me to walk out with them in my hand. I asked for a bag. She handed it to me and said 'here you go'....Poor customer service. Next time I will just go to FedEx Kinkos.

Absolutely the WORST customer service EVER! Bought a brand new Dell computer from them. The computer was defective, they didn't want to take ANY responsibility for the sale. I spent hours trying to talk about how to get the computer exchanged. Different managers worked on it. Never kept the same person as a manager there for any length of time. I made 12 trips into the store for never less than 1 hour a piece. Never receievd satisfaction NEVER SHOP HERE!

Terrible service. I come in here frequently to print music exercises for my students. Today some uneducated woman on the music I was printed which wasn't copy written wouldn't allow me to print music even though majority of sheets I was printing had no copywriter. Never coming back to this crap hole again. She couldn't even get someone to help me in a timely manner.
