When I placed my order I made sure the lady understood I was coming from Newnan To Douglasville (therefore I might be a few minutes late,she assured me it wouldn't be an issue). When I pulled up and got out of my car the employee pretended to not see me and left.

I ordered from the $6.99 deal and ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with light sause and I also ordered a 10 piece boneless buffalo chicken with ranch dipping sauce. My pizza was made right but wasn't cut through, this happens every time I order from any papa John's location. I really don't like having to cut my pizza that's supposed already be cut. My wings were disappointing and were crumb pieces and on to of that, the buffalo sauce was the weakest and blandest sauce I ever had and there wasn't sauce on all of the nuggets. I know I was just complaining about the sauce but if I order sauced chicken that is what I expect.

Lately the pizza has been horrible. The order is never right. The toppings are just in the center of the pizza the rest is just dry cooked dough. It use to be the best but now it has very low ratings.Parking: Limited

I’m really a nice person.! But these people especially the manager is horrible business people…say they couldn’t find my order. So I got up out my bed and drove there. Because I was buying pizza for a friend and her kids…anyway…When I got there. I heard them yelling my name out..asking another customer was he picking up for Sharlene. And I’m standing right in their face after they told me they couldn’t find my order. This place really make you use your choice of words.! Bad customer service & bad management. But this won’t be the last they hear from me…cause this happened way too many times. And they never honor when they forget something or be wrong. I will be contacting a higher management. But…I will tell you this…I won’t spend another one of my HARD WORKING DOLLARS IN THIS PLACE! Definitely got the right one.!

My husband and I placed an order tonight and received the wrong order. We called them to advise them that the order was incorrect. They advised us that they will have the order resent. We waited an hour and still have not received the order. We called and request a Manager. They advised us the manager was busy but our pizza is on the way. Just called back and finally spoke with the manager and she had no idea what was going. At this point we requested a refund. I will never order pizza from here again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! After our order at both dominoes on kings highway and Fairburn road got turned down because it was an order of 15 pizzas, papa johns happily took our order without hesitation. After a cinco de mayo event at our restaurant, we are extremely great ful for this location that fed us. Will be our top choice to order next year again on cinco de mayo and future events. Pizza was delicious and customer service awesome as well! Thank you.

Best papa johns I have ever been too. They make pizza fast, best customer service and management is amazing. As a doordash driver this is the only place that knows who I'm picking up for without me even saying the name. That's how I'm top of it they are here. There hiring by the way, anyone looking for a job this location would be a great place to work, there good people and it's fun atmosphere looks like. They just remodeled this location.
