I closed my account and they will not release my money. My direct deposit went in one more time and it has been over a week. The lady acts like she's on the phone and they have a different excuse every time. It's going to be returned tomorrow. 9 days later and it's still in there. I can log in and it says my account is closed but my money is still there.

This bank has been one disappointment after another. Our family has been members of this establishment for over 90 years when they were Pittsburgh National and then Mellon Bank and then NCC. We are also a shareholder. I constantly run into slow service and sloppy performance to where I dread going into this branch because I know that, no matter what, they are going to screw something up.This past week I went in to deposit a large check in excess of 50k. What did they do? They put it in the wrong account. Their website is like something from the 1990s and I always have to call and call because of the constant junk mail that I and my beneficiaries receive, even though I have told them for years to stop. PNC's interest rates are one of the worst I have ever seen (.04% if you have over $250k in their money market - even Discover bank pays 30 times higher than this). I'm tired of dealing with horrible service. Wealth Management?? You treat one of your largest private accounts like this? I'm done with this place. There is zero professionalism here.

I needed to close 4 accounts yesterday and I had the opportunity to observe the branch activity for about 45 minutes. Every person that entered was treated professionally and courteously. Even closing my accounts I was treated as professionally as if I was opening new accounts. I would not hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone living or doing business in Douglasville, GA. I have moved from Douglasville.

The absolute worse customer service I've encountered from a bank. Came into the branch to take care of personal matters for a family member as their POA. Waited 2 hours and no resolve. I asked for the procedure several times to avoid the wait and they could not tell me (Nicole and Brandon) what needed to happen in order to get the problem resolved. They took me around and around talking to several other people at PNC searching for answers that were common sense with no resolve. Me: Is the copy ok? Them: Yes, we are just waiting for review..???????? When I finally stated AGAIN I would just go get the ORIGINAL POA and come back which was a major inconvenience AFTER waiting two hours....the document just happen to appear in the system upon my arrival back. Even the other branch stated, they could have just said bring in the original to get properly set up again. Even that is upsetting since the information was put into their system in 2014, AT LEAST I wouldn't waited for 2 hours. THEY WERE TRYING TO BE TOO SMART AND NOT USE COMMON SENSE FOLKS. I CAN NOT GET THOSE TWO HOURS BACK! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

Terrible long wait just for Trena with the braids in the work place (ghetto) to just come out and stare vs saying good morning it took them 40 mins to verify their own check... I would never open an account here. And then she hinted to that there maybe a 2% fee to cash GTFOJH

Nicole Cersese or whatever her name is. SHE needs more training. I feel that she purposely tried to make me wait. Get a better staff. She really put a bad taste in my mouth about pnc. I lived in union city where they always took care of me. The only reason I gave this branch a 2 star because Olivia saved the day. OLIVIA actually deserves 5 stars.

Staff is really, really friendly....BUT.....1) drive thru takes forever since they don't have dedicated teller for drive-thru and 2) which in my opinion is the WORST, THEY SOLD MY EMAIL ADDRESS THAT I USED TO SIGNED UP AND I LITERALLY STARTED GETTING JUNK EMAIL 2 DAYS LATER AND I'VE BEEN BOMBARDED EVER SINCE! I kept that email address private and confidential and for business and employment purposes use only for more than 15 years without even ONE junk email and they completely screwed that up and when I complained about it, I was told that basically it was my fault because I should have changed my privacy setting. IN OTHER WORDS, YOU HAVE TO REQUEST THAT THEY DON'T SELL YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS!!

I always have to wait a ridiculously long time for help when I come to this bank. There is four employees here and only one person being helped. There shouldn't be a long wait time.
