Kennedy was amazing! I needed a place to store my work truck and trailer, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Professional, friendly, and efficient — I give her 10 stars! Highly recommend.

They told us the wrong storage number we started putting their stuff in there, then 10 minutes later the woman came and told us that she puts in the wrong one that we had to go to a different one so we did The woman and told us not to worry about that one it wouldn't have a effect on us Little did we know they never took the first one out of our name, and it now went on my credit because it was unpaid

Very quite area and wide driveway. I have couple of units here and sometime i use my box truck which is 20 feet and i always in and out without any hurdles. Best part is customer service at the front office is amazing. Love to go there and will keep my items stores here as long as i can. Online prices are great too.

I tried to add another review, but was having some issues so I added to my present review. On September 7th,2025, I called Public Storage at the Westmoreland Douglassville location. Ms. Tricia Collins answered the phone, and she was patient by answering all of my questions. Ms. Tricia made sure to explain everything to me regarding the changes that would occur due to the paving of the location. Ms. Tricia responded to my concerns about where I would place my trailer, how long it would be there, and who I should speak to at the other location. Ms. Tricia made sure to get in touch with Ms. Bev at the Highway 5 location in Douglassville, who was just as helpful. I'm so thankful to Ms. Tricia for making sure that I knew exactly what I should do. Her professionalism was top-tier. Thank you so much, Ms. Tricia Collins (at Westmoreland location) and Ms. Bev (at the Highway 5 location). Thank you both!!!!
I called public storage on 4/16/25 and Jazaria answered the phone in the most courteous way. Jazaria was patient and helped me every step of the way, every question was answered with great detail. I truly appreciate all of the help that Jazaria gave me and Public Storage is lucky to have such an amazing person working for them.

I arrived at the duralee location to purchase a unit which was too small to accommodate my situation at hand. I then drove over to the Westmoreland location to rectify a larger unit sale. Tricia Collin’s greeted me with kindness and helped me along my process. Although things might have been confusing she assured me that this process is easy and smooth. I thank her kindly for the opportunity and will refer any business I can to Public storage.

Trisha is the best!!! She communicates everything to you so there is no confusion on what you're paying for. She went out of her way today to help me and made sure I understood everything that going on with my account today. I truly appreciate this angel in disguise. P.s the inside of the store and property was clean and organized. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone in need of a storage space.

I just took my stuff out of my unit I went to check and a lot of my stuff had mold growing on it also it seems very unsafe at night the gate at the back of the property is not secured so anyone can just walk right in on you. If you like mold growing on your clothes and belongings then this is the place for you but not me I'm having to spend the day washing everything cause it smells like it came out of a basement.

Ms Tricia is the best!! Very helpful, welcoming and made sure I was satisfied. She even helped direct me while I drove my Uhaul in lol. Her customer service was amazing!!
Update: As of 6/24/25 here’s an updated review. While the staff were at times courteous, I unfortunately had a very disappointing and costly experience. My unit suffered a rat infestation, which led to severe damage and contamination of many of my personal belongings including furniture, clothing, bedding, and sentimental items.
I had stored my items properly, many in sealed boxes, bags and bins, and expected the facility to maintain cleanliness and pest control. However, it was clear the rat issue had gone unchecked for quite some time. I reported the issue and followed the proper procedures, but the lack of accountability and resolution was frustrating and disheartening.
I also learned that I wasn’t the only tenant affected, and I truly hope this location begins taking serious steps to prevent this from happening to others such as regular pest control, better maintenance, and transparency about known issues. They are very well aware of the rat infestation and all they can tell you is “file a claim”. All my belongings are destroyed by rat feces and urine. These are not small rats they have to be huge.
If you’re considering storing your valuables here, I recommend not doing so. This place needs to be shut down immediately. I will be pursuing further legal actions and reporting them to the BBB and State Consumer Protection Office.
