I was Standing in line at Membership Service. This afternoon around 4:30 pm, I noticed there was an order Gentleman standing off to the far side of the counter , I thought he work at the store. And I noticed the Membership service lady working,Had helped two other people, who were waiting there turn like me. She helped them , and after she had helped two other ladies, then I thought naturally, it was my turn, so I stepped forward , and she immediately looked at me and said very argumentative and rudely to me can’t you see me , helping this man right here? All this time this gentlemen was standing on the side of the counter, leaning against it , I said, I thought he worked here! Because she had helped two other ladies who were in line! She was very Rude towards me! She was looking for an argument or confrontation with someone! I have been a member at Sam’s when it was Pace ! I know what she was trying to do ! Looks can be very deceiving! Just because I have long hair and My Sunglasses on, doesn’t mean , I am a bad person! I am in the entertainment business! Need less to say I won’t be coming back at that Sam’s again! I’ll just go to Costco for now on ! I was going to renew my membership , that’s why I was in line to begin with! I could of just been Rude back to her , but it just isn’t Worth it ! This happened 2/21/24 around 4:30 pm! Rude employees , is why your faithful members go to other places !

This store has become awful lately. We were unknowingly signed up for a plus membership, even though we specifically said we didn't want it. Anytime an employee talks to you they just try to sell you on the plus membership which for most people is not worth the extra cost. Maybe try not harassing people? Time to try costco!

This is the Worst!!! My sister went in the store and last week and ordered her son's birthday cake and cupcakes. She went to pick it up today at 12:00. There was NO cake or cupcakes! They couldn't find the order. The lady decorated a cake for her. She asked for the manager and was told the manager was not there. She asked who was in charge. They told her that they could not find the person. She needs a refund for that cake and cupcakes!!!! Quality of service: POOR!! I told her to GO TO COSTCO!!!

I went to pick up my curbside order today. After about 15 minutes I received an email containing my receipt and saying it was picked up. I went inside to inquire about where my order was and they weren't able to find it. Quay went above and beyond to help me out! He went and shopped all of my items right away, made sure I got a refund for something they were out of, and insisted on bringing my items out for me.He was so patient and eager to help!I truly appreciate Quay's customer service. 5/5 for Quay.Whichever lady was working behind the customer service table needs some help with her attitude. She tried to accuse me of having my items delivered instead of curbside. Like I wouldn't know the difference. Then she tried to suggest I had placed the order under someone else's membership. I had my order pulled up on my phone, clearly stating my name and curbside pick up.2/5 for this lady.3/5 for overall experience. I'm going to leave my review at 5 stars for Quay.

This review is about my pickup experience. I havent had any luck contacting anyone at the store. I was there about a week ago and I just want to thank Alden for going above and beyond to get my order to me. They were a bit busy but he took the extra effort to ensure that I got both orders even though one had not been picked yet. He went inside and begin picking the orders himself and got it to Mr so that i didn't have to come back later. I appreciated his customer and efficiency. Thanks again Alden.
