I am shopping for paint for at least a week now. I walk into the store and it is empty. I then notice an employee on the phone in the office. So I go over to the paint chips on the wall for the 45 minutesas as Paul, (the employee) is on the phone the entire time. As I finally get ready to leave Paul walks out and ask me if there's a full moon because he's getting a lot of crazies calling.... I'm like What!?!?!? Best paint, horrible customer service. But I did speak to Bradley (mgr) and Travis (dist. mrg) and they are making sure this doesn't happen again.
