The manager Chris- is amazing. I could hang out here and talk to him all day. Drees didn’t directly help us but he was helpful and so fun to be around. Love the atmosphere this team provides for customers. Great job.

I recently had a fantastic experience at a T-Mobile store, thanks to an exceptional employee Sky F. Her customer service was amazing, as she went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. Not only did she demonstrate impressive technical knowledge, but her friendly and positive personality made the entire interaction enjoyable. I highly recommend seeking assistance from Sky at the T-Mobile store for an outstanding customer experience.

Absolutely need to retrain or rehire all new employee from the manager down. There is a general lack knowledge of basic T-Mobile products, services, and overall customer service professionalism. The store is dirty from the window, floors, countertops, and display units. The staff leans behind the counter as if they are “on the block” and do not move to assist customers. The atmosphere is uninviting and I recommend going elsewhere

This was the best cellular experience I have had in 20 years! We were helped swiftly, served with patience and courtesy and all staff were diligently helping a customer or a coworker. Asia helped me and provided exceptional service! 5 stars hands down!

This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been having several issues with my phone and was told to come to the store to get it switched out and that there wouldn't be any fees because I have insurance. I went to the store to switch out my phone and was given a whole different story. I decided to leave the store and before I could get out of the door the staff was talking about me to each other. I still have several issues with my phone. The store talks a good game but does not actually help.

This is by far the worst T-Mobile that I have ever been to. The employees are rude and don't have any accountability for there wrong doings. I went to see about getting the promotion added to my watch which it should have been on already because I bought the watch with the promotion. Come to find out the employee lied about the plan that my watch was goIng to be under. If you can do it online or through a customer service rep on the phone do it!. Stay away from this T-Mobile. You'll be better of going to a corporate store trust me.

Poor Customer Service! Lady at the desk had dirty fingernails and was playing with her nose ring while assisting me. She was scrolling thru her phone with her head down which is totally unacceptable behavior at a job. The customers waiting in line were all appalled as well. Her lace front was lifted and her enormous fake eyelashes were barely hanging on for dear life! What happened to the days when ppl cared about personal hygiene and appearance when representing a business? Working a customer facing job means you have to somewhat be presentable to the public. This location needs to do better when hiring customer service agents. I was totally disgusted and left.

The service socks paid 80.00 dollars for a phone case ,it broke and they don't want to change it for me,Samsung and sprint is garbage.

Terrible Service. Reps Prioritize housekeeping rather than to help the customers. One of the ladies there felt the need to cough all over my device in process of changing my glass protector and taking her sweet time talking, laughing and carrying on. Service is distasteful and seems like its very complicated for them to greet customers when coming in and so easy for them to sarcastically tell them have a nice day. Hor-ri-ble !

After spending a long day, trying to get my phone fixed at the Apple Store! I needed a new sims card ….They were having issues connecting the sim card! Jeri was very proactive about figuring out how to get my sims card to connect to my phone. He tried multiple times and got in touch with the right people to get my phone working properly, and I am very appreciative of his kindness and great customer service.!!
