Sweet little spot inside of the Kroger to grab a coffee. The service was amazing yesterday, grabbing a Valentines Day special. It was very clean and I was greeted with a smile.

Ok so I try to give everyone the benefit of doubt he doubt but this is the 4th time my order wasn’t up to par and the fact the girl had attitude because I asked for the whip cream she purposely didn’t add! Like if u don’t like your job find a new one I will go to the other location for now

Ashlyn is great and helpful. I’ve been to this location a few times and have always had a good experience. There is usually only 2 workers though so it is kinda slow

I get Starbucks is a big corporate brand nationwide, but do your staff and customers a favor hire more staff so their not overwhelemed when it's super busy and crowded. Please keep your stores stocked up, it's frustrating depending on location that you never have items in stock or run out of items so quickly. Now to the customers including myself please cause I use to do it and stopped. Please don't be annoying when you're ordering these ridiculous drinks from tik tok, it's a coffee shop not the Sugar Factory.

Looking for bad attitudes and horrible customer experience? You can find it at Starbucks on Douglas Blvd . Left and went to Starbucks on Chapel Hill and received the excellent experience you expect when you visit Starbucks.

As a long time Hilton Honors member travelling for work, this has been one of the better properties I have stayed at. They give me maximum points. No tricks (like breakfast I thought was free but actually costed me a bunch of points). Good help from the staff. Very friendly.

My wife and I go to Starbucks on a daily basis at multiple locations. She goes to the Chapel Hill location all the time. Today we got the worst service EVER! An employee was screaming at another employee because we sent 2 of our drinks back because they were wrong!! They still didn’t make it right but whatever. Employees need to learn how to make drinks correctly the first time!!!

Ok I know that time or kind of tuff right now but if I ask for a Sausage egg and cheese scrambler, I expect to get at least a full bowl of grits Now they have cut the size of the bowl in half, And on top of that they only give you half a bowl of the bowl that they cut in half, But yet still charging you the same full price as the Bowl that used to be twice this size.???

So apparently they don’t notify the app or the site when they are closing early. It’s literally a small box and 3 people there but they said they are short staff. I’ve been there before and it’s been 2 people so how is it short staff with 3 workers. They don’t honor what’s on the app and they are rude. Not to mention they are in Kroger’s and the manager said they were open yet when I got there they were arguing me down that the app and manager were wrong.
