Unfortunately if you have coupons do not use this location as they do not accept them for all sandwiches. This experience is confusing as the owner will give you a speech on which specific sandwiches you can get with what specific coupon but only once you are completing your transaction. I've had too many bad experiences using subways app and stores that have different standards that I'm done with subway. Jimmy John's and Firehouse subs are both fresher and better tasting anyway.

Did not like the service at all. I had a big order and made that aware to the employee. One employee left to the back and had the line getting long and the other started making our food with an attitude and a rush. Made our food and failed to communicate that they didn’t have anymore of an item and started ringing my stuff up without communication as I’m confused where my last sandwich was. Did not like employees customer service at all!!!

Nasty general manager and Sema has the worst attitude as well. Definitely calling corporate and will not be returning to this location ever.

The store was very clean. The food and service were excellent.Vegetarian options: My favorites are the Veggie Delight sub and the Veggie Pizza.

I hate when the older Indian lady with the glasses that has been there for a long time working. She should not be allowed to handle food, she don’t have sense enough to change her gloves and always rubbing her face or touching her hair with the gloves on and go right to make customer’s food. And always have the nastiest attitude along with her nasty habits with handling food. I just can’t, they need to shut this place down. That’s why it’s so many diseases and food poisoning been passed along making people sick ? and restaurants being shutdown bc of people like her that’s shouldn’t be allowed to work with food.

I visited location on 12/7 for dinner. The only Subway I have ever used in town. I first asked if they had pizzas and they said not at this location even though i used to purchase them there. The first prep guy had to ask me 4 separate times what 2 sandwiches I would like. The second prep guy asked for my toppings. He was out of cucumbers an went to the back to get more came back an asked what I wanted on my sandwich. I told him the cucumbers he just went to get. I then asked for the SLICED avocado the sandwich came with and was told i could only get the paste even tho the menu clearly stated otherwise. He finished the first half of my order then told me I'd have to hang on and left my other sandwich on the counter to go do dishes in the back. Meanwhile the customer behind me is still placing his order with the first guy. Made me wait for nothing. Should of completed my check out first. Bad customer service. I will definitely be visiting the Chapel Hill location to see if they can provide better service.

The person making the sandwich was kinda rude and non welcoming and very dry. There was no type of greeting but the second guy made it better.

Outraged at what took place here. Staff smelled and were unkept. Hair not up or tied back. Foul language was used while we were there with my daughter. Then an employee I guess came in from another job wearing a five guys shirt. Him and the other guy were really talking unprofessional. The fact customers witnessed this and also this guy promoting another restaurant behind the counter is wild. WHERE IS THE OWNER ? Just a poorly ran store

The food score in this store was 84. I asked the server why was it so low, he said he didn't know. He said, he would have to talk to the manager. The sandwich was just OK.

Just not fresh, not sliced there like the ones in Texas. Bread is not fresh. Lettuce looks like it's browning. This is why subway is dying.

We were traveling and we stopped at this Subway. The service was fast and quick. And the hostess, although she was all alone, did a great job and kept her sense of humor.
