If you're just looking for a bank to get you by until you find an actual one, here's your stop, my money has been frozen now for the past 3 days, I called to get a new card since someone felt like attempting to steal my card. I was told that I would have to wait 7-10 business days. Tell me how they said 7-10, but Navy Federal can overnight one to my father. Something to think about folks ?

I specifically ask the woman at the window am I able to cash my check she said yes but a mutual acquaintance of ours was upset with me told her not to cash the check she turned around and lied and said the check could not be cashed and she also kept my ID on purpose to try to hinder me from getting the check cash else where

BB&T was our bank for many years, but we faithfully moved through the merger with SunTrust to Truist. Following the 2008 great recession, BB&T never seemed the same to me as a 25+ year business customer. Those days are gone when you had a relationship with a bank. Due to staff turnover and changes, you no longer have access to your familiar BB&T staffers after the merger. In fact, the "relationship video monitor" appears to show a new person every time I enter a Truist drive-thru window.Apart from cashing checks from time to time, Truist should go 100% online and focus on the future. Even though things are done online, there is still human interaction. Amazon is online, yet I can get a reasonable, knowledgeable, and empowered person each time I call for assistance.I am writing this because I have deposited Truist online, just as I have been doing for years. Suddenly, an unknown Truist staffer or AI decide to hold my deposit for seven days as they proclaim, "Doubtful Collectability." Previously, BB&T had been immediately crediting my previous deposits. I have no history of a check bouncing from my deposits. Moreover, the checks I deposit are from the same companies. So what changed? Not only did the banks' names change, yet so did Truist legacy knowledge of their essential customers.I had high hopes for Truist. Now I long for the days of BB&T – and Truist me™, that relationship was no cakewalk for the past eight years. Nowadays the only s***** at the Truist drive-thru window is me.

If it wasn't for Jasper at this location, my account would be closed and I would be doing business elsewhere. This banker made me feel welcomed and part of something and had never met me. I came in to ask a question about business credit and ended up with just that, a credit card for both of my businesses. He is very humble and was very patient with me with the information he provided. Go see SunTrust and Jasper on Fairburn Rd. in Douglasville and see if you can top the experience I received.

I have had suntrust for 8 yrs an i have nothing but good things to say. Great customer service an if theres ever been a problem thay have fixed it rite away.

Setting up accounts for myself and my son, taking the steps toward independence & teaching finances so he's smart & prepared. Makes for tricky circumstances though & I couldn't have been happier with the help we received! Every question answered with explanation that helped further in decision making. Marcus was the gentleman who assisted us & my teen commented when leaving how great he was, glad that we were helped by him particularly. Marcus explained everything to him about his account & didn't talk down to him just because he was a teenager. He didn't leave it all to me to explain later & was really pleasant to talk to. A great experience, thanks to him.

All websites say they close at 1:00 on Saturdays. After driving to three locations they were all closed. The door says noon.
