I have a business account with Truist and my account got over drawn once my pending transactions posted. Which doesn't make sense to me because why do they even have an app that calculates your transactions but the real issue came when I went to the bank on assistance with the issue at hand. Needless to say the staffing lacks customer service and at this particular branch. Not to mention the manager was very condescending towards me.

Hate that I can’t give this dump a worse rating. Their ATM doesn’t mind taking money from your account and giving you nothing back but a receipt of the robbery. There is no way to call the bank on the phone. The website, google, every phone number does NOT call the branch but directs you to an automated line. THEN best case scenario you get routed to a bunch of Indian people whose accents are too thick to understand! They’ve outsourced all customer service to people you cannot get service from unless you speak Gudrati. I am not trying to be unfair, but I cannot understand a WORD “Steven” is saying, and I can’t hear what he’s trying to say over the other 800 Tony’s and Steven’s in the room!! I love Indian food, Indian people - it’s a vibrant, beautiful culture. I can’t understand a word these people are saying with all the background noise of 10,000 employees, and their children, hungry grand parents, and/or monkeys screaming, and the poor operator having barely a grasp of a fifth graders English. God help us all.Why can’t I call THIS bank? Why do I have to talk to someone 3000 miles away, with an obviously fake name, whose English is limited to “I’m so sorry ma’am” and “have a good day”? Why can’t you cows answer a phone THERE while you’re just standing around, at my bank where my money is? I should be able to call one of you, unless you really think you’re MORE useless than “Larry” on the other side of the WORLD who wipes with banana leaves and probably has never even SEEN a Truist ATM.You could only do less if you made a real effort to. I take that back. You have made such an effort to do NOTHING of any use that I just gotta be grateful that “Gary” assured me that “garblegarble, so ok? Yes then we barbarbarbluhbluh Ok? Good. So have a Gupta day. Good day, ok? Schwarma? Please rate your customer service experience on the survey if you stay on the line. Thank you, please come again to the banking at a Truist.”How are you so incompetent and how did you trick people into letting you handle our money, with the best customer service being several rungs down from your average Citgo? At least the gas station condoms have a little lube so it’s easier to get f-(k36!!

It be great if the clerks would actually listen to questions then just to assume what you are thinking and give answers to what you aren’t asking. Not only do they complain while they are at work, and do it loudly in front of customers, but they don’t listen. Let’s try some professionalism here.

Today I received a call for the branch customer support lady. She apparently had data on how long I hv banked with them and wanted to know if I needed any assistance.I provided feedback on customer service and left a message for her. She denied receiving a message and then blamed it on the employee that is always super helpful. I corrected her and she then claimed that she could not hear me and hung up! Horrible service from the top service employee’s.In a better note, Brandon at this branch is an amazing asset to this bank. He is super knowledgeable and prompt.

Worst ever I went to open a account and the lady ran my information and quickly she said no we can’t open a account for u I was like ok tell me why well you need to call the 800 number for more information and she quickly started putting the stuff up I was like rude and she never said anything else jut rude

Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.I had a check to cash from this Bank. I entered the bank provided my identification which was a driver's license from a legal state which issues drivers license me. But more importantly my identification was valid. The bank teller ask me why I had an out-of-state ID. DID this really matter. She Stated she needed to call the issuer to verify the check themselves and the validation of the check. Banks have the ability in 2023. This process is only used depending on who you are and what you look like. That's sad I left the bank he took my check to my bank. It's really sad because this Bank in this type of practice is coming with low-level Banks like these. Approximately eight months ago I had a check that was written and drawn off Bank of America. I'm walking Bank of America and they simply took the check validated it verified it by the numbers on theI'm walking Bank of America and they simply took the check validated it verified it by the numbers on the check initiate me my money. Like I said it depends on who you are and what you look like when it comes to this Bank. They practice these type of NON legitimate customer services on a certain type of a customer.

Worst place ever! One lady gets upset when you bring them 4 or more deposits. I let them know that I can step to the side if they end up having a line and yet they still get an attitude with you and very rude. Called one time to speak to a manager and none available. Asked to get a call back and never received a call back.UpdateSpoke to leader there Rachel, very sweet and said she will address issue!

Mickey I've known for awhile she use to be a BBT always a warm smile eager to help Extremely Knowledgeable I just love her Nilima is another teller who is also warm welcoming and Knowledgeable I love this branch Brandon greets you as you enter and when you leave can't get any better than that

I can totally see why THIS branch has a 2 star Google rating……..it is the absolute WORST!! I have visited this branch on 3 different occasions, each time is a nightmare!! The customer service is NONEXISTENT!! I was there cash a Ga Lottery Check, depending on the day the rules change, sometimes they will cash it sometimes they won’t. The employees are NOT on the same accord at this location, clearly this is a result of Poor Management bc I called and asked for the manager and she was Never available. She has employees screen calls to determine if she wants to take the call. I asked for a card, and I can’t make this up, the card even has the WRONG number to the branch on the business card!!! There is no way anyone at this branch is responsible for Quality Assurance. Visit the Austell Rd location for professional courtesy.
