terrible experience this morning trying to get an oil change. First, the character Directing me toward the opening, was annoyed because I wasn’t driving fast enough. But there is a big dip before you get to that, and had I not been paying attention. I could’ve hit him. Then I waited and when I started going across the bay, which, of course has the pit below, the guy was motion, me faster and faster to get in, and then he looked away as I was driving across the pit. So I stopped. Then he was visibly annoyed and motioning, faster and faster for me to come by. so of course safety should be first, but customer service should follow. In this case, both were terrible. So I told him I was so sorry to inconvenience him and trying to get an oil change there and that I would be going on my way so that they are not further inconvenienced by my desire for safety. His reaction was like a bobble head dog that you put on the dash of a car and he could not have cared less. @TakeFive , you just lost a customer for life.
Express oil change was very professional and informative and appreciated my business!

Since I have been coming to Take 5 at any of your locations I've received nothing but superior service each and every time I have gone.

The worst place…Went in on October 1,2024. Take 5 changed my oil later that night my truck overheated. Prior to this nothing was wrong with my truck. I know have a blown head gaskets…..Take 5 damage my motor water mixed with oil. This store manager and owner refused to rectify the issues they cause. I reached out to Take 5 cooperate office they can’t do anything due to store being independently owned. Never go to this place.

1 lane was open and he took 2 cars before me. The lane I was in, the guy walked around in circles with my hood up. I asked the guy beside my lane what was going on and he called for the people that were just hanging in office. Finally they came and finished my car after being there about 45 min total. Not friendly at all.

This Take 5 should be renamed to Take 45. They move with no sense of urgency.

This was not a good experience with Take 5, employee was rude and slammed my hood down, did not apply my new sticker, and asked if I knew how to reset my oil Life. Although I let the manager know, I will not visit the location again.

More than several times they have tried to add things to my bill that I did not get. They have also tried to do things that I did not authorize (fuel system cleaner, upgrade synthetic oil) More than one location has done this and now I will be taking my fleet vehicles to another business. Nobody should have to put up with shady business tactics. I encourage everyone to double check your receipts and pay attention to what they are doing while you are in the car.

Normally the Douglasville location is good. Not today.
I arrived at Douglasville location on Sunday September 8, at 5:24pm and was told by tech the location was closed. The website and Google shows location closes at 6:00pm. I stated this to the tech. The tech said "I don't know why the website says we close at 6pm, we close every Sunday at 5pm." As you can see the doors are half open and the team is all gathered around talking. Sad.

Did not tighten oil filter resulted in blowing engine on my truck. Beware! If you value your vehicle or personal safety. STAY AWAY ?‼️‼️⚠️Lawsuit pending. Clueless staff. Management is non existent.

Went in for an oil change in preparation for an out of town trip. Was told I needed a coolant flush. 2 HOURS later my car was still inoperable. Was told they would pay to have it towed to a repair shop and insinuated the indicator light warning the car was overheating was a coincidence!! I agreed to have my car towed only if they would tow it to Ford. There was no more mention of a repair shop after that. Somehow my car was able to be driven a short while later. On the drive out of town my car began giving me trouble. It felt like it was kicking back at higher speeds l. Prior to this visit I have not had any problems with my car operating properly. I’m out of town now and hoping I can drive home safely.
