This is the Very Last time we will be going to Take 5. Their prices are absolutely the highest I have ever seen. And EVERYONE there are RUDE.I would not ever go back even if their oil change was FREE. Ashame of this business being in Douglas County.

I will never step foot in that place. I went to get my oil change. These young bastards never had a job in their lives think that they can disrespect customers. I told the little bastard I didn't need an air filter, he became angry and threw the air filter on top of my engine. I told him he needed to get another job. That's when he said I am not changing your oil. Like I give a damn, I went to a real garage and spent my $99.00, where they had men not kids....

I went early and the staff were cool and very professional. I was in and out in 20 minutes maybe less. They changed my oil and filter I also had a coupon that was emailed to me for the oil change and filter I ended up saving some money. Take 5 in Douglasville is where to go for your Oil change needs.

I went in 2 days ago thinking I needed an oil change. They were honest enough to tell me it wasn't needed yet, the indicator light needed to be reset. The tech reset it for me and gave me a new sticker. I will return to Take 5 when I need it. ?

I had my oil changed November 19th and it was a great experience there were four guys working on my car they replaced the windshield wipers after showing me that the rubber was coming off. They took the plug from the bottom of my car and drain the oil out the car. Which is something new because before they had a vacuum hose hanging from the ceiling. They checked the air and replaced as needed and topped off my fluids. Oil change and windshield wipers came to $112 because I had a $20 coupon. Very satisfied with the new team that they have and they explained everything as they went along. Thanks guys I had a wonderful experience and my car is running great. So

The attendants was very knowledgeable and polite. I never knew that my car had a filter in the inside, that needed changing. My attendant informed me that there was a filter where the glove box was, that may need to be changed out. The attendant has the very best customer service and my car was serviced on a timely manner. I am using my husbands profile for this review, I wanted to preface with that so readers will know this review is coming from the viewpoint of a woman. Anyway, I came here the other day because the warrantee on my Honda CR-V had run its course of oil changes, so I decided to try this place rather than the Honda dealership this time. What was cool is that you could sit in your car while they did everything and they would show you what you needed done. For example, they pulled out my air filter and showed me what it looked like and once I saw it, I knew it needed replacing. They did the same thing for my wipers, showing me the film that my old wipers were leaving behind, so of course I had those replaced too. I didn’t feel like they were pressuring me with the add-ons either, and showing me was way better than telling me. As a woman, I usually feel like prey to these kind of places for multiple unnecessary up-sales when not with my husband. Everyone was friendly and the service was extremely quick, I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes, there was no wait when I arrived either. They even reset my oil light without me prompting them to do so which was awesome because I have always had to remind them, no one has ever remembered to do this in all my years of experience with non-dealership oil change establishments, and that light is super annoying to me. Its a huge pet peeve to see that light still on after leaving a service. My only issue is they seemed a bit pricey to me. I paid $176 out the door for the oil change, wipers, and air filter. Now the oil needed was synthetic so I knew that was more expensive but the last time I paid out of pocket for a synthetic oil change on a non-luxury vehicle was about 4 years ago and the cost then was about $75 out the door, no extras. The oil change by itself here was $99 plus $9.99 for each extra quart of oil not included in the $99. This could be the going rate these days, I’m not sure, but I was surprised. Everything has gone up on price since the pandemic though, so I figured this was no exception, and I didn’t compare prices before coming here, it was the closest to my house and I was looking for convenience that day. However, I would recommend this company to those looking for this type of place for oil changes, and I was very happy with my experience overall. The best part was how quickly and smoothly the whole process went and I was able to remain in my car the entire time & observe the service. I will be returning here for the next lube service unless I happen to find a less expensive place of the same quality, which I don’t think is too likely. Nothing could have been done better. Lastly, I appreciated not being pressured to spend more money than planned, even though I did, it wasn’t due to pushy sales tactics. I hate that more than anything so that’s another reason I am so pleased with the experience. See for yourself!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

While on a 3 hour road trip, half of my car's skid plate started dragging on the highway. In a bind, rolled up to Take 5 about 5 mins before they closed. Greeted with big smiles, and four mechanics ready to help. They fixed it up in less than 5 mins and sent us on our way. Awesome service! Even offered us water while we waited. 10/10 would recommend.

It's a whole bunch of young cats that work here. They haven't been properly trained. I waited 30 minutes just for a top off on my oil. People were just standing around trying not to work. Please train these kids. I happen to like Take 5, but this is unacceptable.

I am so angry I could spit nails. I pull up to this shit-hole of a business at 5:15 pm. While there's three people working two bays (one bay isn't open), NO ONE......and I mean NO ONE acknowledges me (inquires what I need, say we will be with you as soon as possible, etc.). Ok, you are busy I get it......let's move forward to 5:41 pm, a car pulls up behind me then three minutes later (while I'm still sitting in the same spot), another car pulls up (behind the car after me). All of a sudden more employees "magically" appear in the bays and this lying half-wit (I will explain why I call him a liar) directs the car behind (having waited only three minutes) to the bay that is about to become available. I watch in complete disbelief. When I rolled down my window to say something about this foolishness "Mister Liar" say "oh, I will move her and put you first". No he wasn't....not until I spoke up. The customer was already moving into the bay and there was no way for the "move in line up". I was sooooooooo angry I just drove off. I called back to this establishments, identified myself as the person who just dealt with this craziness and asked for the name of the Manager. Yep, the same "poor management handler" is the Manager. I could not believe he again tells me the lie about what his intentions were. I was so angry and told him we both know he"s lying.It seems like common sense would have a Manager of a business to at least:1. Respectfully acknowledgment paying customers 2. Have a system of "next in line" if customers have waited for service3. DON'T patronize accustomed with a lie I went to the Take5 location on Thornton Rd after leaving this crap space (only because I wanted to see if this is a corporate standard) and as soon as I pulled into the business I was greeted by a smiling Associate who 1. Directed me to the bay, 2. asked how he could assist and 3. offered water and a small snack while I waited. I was so grateful and explained (in colorful language and full details) of the idiotic experience I just had at the Hwy 5 location. He apologized on behalf of Take5 franchise and the staff proceeded to help me. While it wasn't anyone at Thornton Rd location's fault, I appreciated the apology.The staff at the Thornton Rd Take5 (Christian, Will, and the other Associates) are examples of proper management, good customer service, and interested employees. Hwy 5 Take 5..... I will NEVER cross your threshold again and I encourage you to take a page out of the Thornton Rd customer care handbook.
