“When I do go to J&T Tires & Wheel everyone is very polite and professional no matter if I am just getting air in my or tire plugged . Stop by J&T Tires last Friday 6-13-25 no appointment . Just needed to get my brakes checked because of the loud noise and an estimate done . Mr. JT check my brakes and went to work on them right away. Save me from doing any more damage to my car. “10/10 experience, for $50 they really did a good job, after I almost got into an accident with another car (no one was injured thankfully) my tire came loose, luckily the shop was just around the corner, I asked them what they could do for me, the lady at the register was really kind, as well as the man working there, they said they would see what they could do for me and where able to fix my tire, I also bought a spare from him (the man who worked there/Victor) and he told me what I could do to fix it whenever needed since I don’t specialize in those areas, overall, a great experience and I will make sure to be going there again!”

“I’m glad my grandfather recommended this tire shop to me. Before coming here, I had warranty coverage on my tires at another place, but they would still charge me more for the same tire. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted and explained what I needed. I expected to pay for a brand-new tire, but the owner and his employees were honest and told me the problem was actually with my rim. They could’ve easily charged me for the tire, but they charged me for fixing the rim. I appreciate the honesty. I’ll definitely be back when needed.”
“Best place to come! I bought a new car 2 days ago and the next day the tire went out so i went to a shop in marietta to get it fixed. They charged 280 for the tire that they said was brand new and said if it go flat it’s the rim. THIS PLACE!! informed me that they 1. gave me the wrong tire and 2. it was definitely NOT new. They got my tires to fit and i was good to go!”

“Very enjoyable experience at Southern Tire and Auto Center.
I wanted to get a 2nd opinion on the list that a chain auto shop gave me when I walked in for just an oil change.
I spoke with the owner of Southern Tire and Auto Shop and showed her the list of services that the other auto shop gave me and the big fat price they listed amounting to 5K.
She suggested I come in for a diagnostic with her mechanic to see if all these services are even needed at this time.
Saturday morning I brought my car in.
Spoke with the front desk receptionist
who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She understood my situation and my hardship of getting the funds together for some of the services.
The mechanic that worked on my car was nice and transparent with me. Explaining the issues of my car and what needed to be done first and what could wait. Which I appreciate that. I didn’t feel lost when I walked out as I did with advantage auto.
The front desk lady added up all my services put them in order to what is needed. Jotted down all the pricing separately so I know exactly what I’ll be paying for and what services I need done first to last.
I live in Smyrna but I will definitely make the drive for services and oil changes as well from now on with them.
The prices are fair and reasonable in my opinion.
I left very satisfied with the experience.
And more confident and understanding of what services my car needed.

“The best mechanics to see is Karter and Mike in Douglasville ga... they went well and beyond to fixing my car like brand new.. thry did a full transmission swap, bumper alignment, tires checks, codes on the dash disappeared, fluids check, mirrors replacement, they checked to see if ac/heat was working, and axles replacement.. they do everything from oil changes to tires.. these are good poeples.. ???”
“Mr. Reuben and his son Austin are AMAZING! They have always taken care of my and my husband’s tire needs for YEARS. I’ve read the other reviews and thought, they CAN’T be talking about the same people we know. I had my tire blow out on the highway and had to have my car towed to their shop past closing hours, I called Mr. Reuben in the morning to explain and he let me know, he had already taken care of the blown out tire, replaced it with a new one, and it was ready to pick up.
I recommend this shop to EVERYONE I know in the area. I would give them 100 stars if I could!”

“I had emergency situation with a tire today, went To the Douglasville store on Concourse Parkway, which I've used before due to their always exceptional service and today was no different. Today's service person was exceptional, but his professionalism customer service and product delivery in that he did not try to upsell me on anything. He was concerned about my situation and focus completely on getting my car back on the road as soon as possible, which is what happened in at a very fair good price And the service and timing for this was even better. Also, no SHANTAE who was on site leader ship also assisted as she's done before on other calls. I've been there and she helps to make sure things are run white right. I highly recommend going there for any of your automotive needs. They also repaired my brakes for me two months ago and did a really great job at a really good price as well overall excellent customer service and pricing.”
