This Tractor Supply store supposedly has a self-serve dog wash area. However, the dog wash area has been closed for months. Every time I ask an employee, they tell me that it's supposed to be open again in a few weeks. I was in there today. It's still closed and no signs of change.If they are no longer going to offer this service, remove it from the website and their list of services.A whole house could have been built in the time this is taking.UPDATEI called today 2/6/24 (3-weeks later). The dog wash area is still not open. The young lady I spoke with said she didn't know when it would reopen. Yet, there is a sign on the entry door and signage inside directing customers to the dog wash service. Come on, just take down the signs and remove it from the website.

Customer service is subpar. Was looking for one item and had to ask 4 different people. Everyone kept pointing in one direction but not helping me find it. Eventually purchased elsewhere.

Drove 30 minutes to use the pet wash station and it was “under reconstruction” they need to update their website and take the pet wash sign off the door if that’s the case

I've gotten chickens here, feed and all kinds of other stuff. The staff is great and friendly and always asking to help so I like coming here more than most. I always stop in first before going to another spot

Do not buy online for shipping!! I have ordered online twice, and both times, it's been a nightmare. The first order, they couldn't get a delivery driver, so my order was canceled, and I had to argue with them to get my shipping charge returned. This time, we ordered a gun safe to be delivered on Thursday, December 28th. Although Tractor Supply said they could deliver by 12-26-23, we scheduled for the 28th just to give them extra time. We received an email stating it would be delivered on the 28th between 12 and 4. We had to take out a door to get it in the house, even though it's pretty darn cold. We sat and waited all day and night. NO delivery. We had to spend the night without a door. We were emailed that the safe is sitting on a dock in Newnan. We called customer service to find out if it was going to be delivered today. We were told the safe is in Macon. So either the email updates are lies or the customer service representative lied. So far, we've missed 2 days of work waiting. We're going to have to find some way to cover the doorway as we can't put the door back up until the safe is in, and it's freezing tonight. Tractor Supply has the worst shipping of any company I have dealt with. I will NEVER place an online order with them again.

I went to the Douglasville store about the Contaminated Victor Dog Food. I spoke with Zenzie 20 minutes before I got there and she said that I could either get a refund or I could exchange for a different kind of dog food when I got there she denied the whole conversation.. I Really Feel that Race had something to do with it..

Hampton gave great service. He was willing to go above and beyond to do what needs to be done to get us going with the brand new trailer that we bought from tractor supply. He also gave us a quick tutorial on safety and hook up and disconnect. Installed the ball joint. He was definitely a joy to be around and to be the person to assist us. Once again we do appreciate it and we will be planning to come back.
