The staff are friendly and helpful, especially when selling items to the store, but it can get a little busy during weekends. Some items move quickly, so it’s best to visit often if you’re looking for specific brands.

“I was thrilled to find this shop (and it was a bit tricky to find once I got on the street) :) Check out the photo of the door that will lead you upstairs to the most vast selection of authentic costumes you've ever seen - Reasonably priced and so many choices! Judith and Jill were wonderful and helped me find just what I needed for a party the very night I came into the shop! A great tip Judith shared with me since I was getting a costume for my significant other was in addition to taking his measurements, to also bring some of his clothes with me. They were even so kind as to provide two different shirts and two different jackets to ensure he had just the right fit! Not to mention Jill walked out with me helping me carry the costume toward my car! I can't recommend this shop enough, and I will always go back to Judith's if we ever need costumes again!”

“If you are in need this is the place. I volunteered on today and this organization is doing a great thing for the local community. It can be hectic as a volunteer however the majority of the volunteers/staff are kind and there to help. One woman(red hair—ponytail) I’m assuming she’s a “core volunteer” had an unprofessional moment I’ll say but that will not stop me from volunteering again. Great work Reflections of Trinity!!”
