This post office holds packages thiat should be delivered you can check that through your usps informed delivery account, they go into the system and manipulate the tracking so it appears that it was never supposed to be delivered when actuality it should. The supervisors will not tell the truth when they show you the tracking they will eliminate some of the pages so you cannot see that the package have been sitting there all the time. Always screenshot your tracking information.

De is Amazing!! Very helpful & great energy!!! The Lady with the bad gray hairpiece should probably retire or find a career she actually enjoys… stress will kill you. She was rude & unprofessional. I pray she finds some peace & joy .

My package was marked delivered but was not in in mailbox. I called Monday spoke to someone dont remember the name she tried to help said she will send someone to check at my apt complex maybe it was put in the wrong mailbox and will call me back but nothing
Called back Tuesday spoke to Brittany did the exact same thing but she was at least courteous
Called back today Wednesday spoke to SHERANDA (a supervisor how funny keep reading) and she was the rudest person I have ever dealt with she did not want to help at first and then to get me off the phone she did the same (took my number said she will send someone and she was gonna call me back after 6) I still called back at 435pm to follow up and she said the same think I said you told me this already she said “Well I will tell you AGAIN” very rude and unprofessional asked to speak to a manager she said I am the supervisor I said I need to speak to your manager placed me on hold then said she will call you tomorrow. NO SENSE OF URGENCY whatsoever I mean I am not surprised because they are rude when you go there in person very rude people and unpleasant I will be calling again until someone gives me an answer the package lost was very important but they dont seem to care this is you all mistake FIX IT. And SHERANDA (the “Supervisor” hilarious right) should not be anywhere providing customer she is very unpleasant, unprofessional disrespectful and rude. She needs some coaching because as a supervisor its insane to speak to to people that way. SHERANDA SHAME ON YOU! YOU NEED TO BE TAUGHT MANNERS!

The worst USPS office in the hall country, They delivery other people mail to our house and our mail to other places, They delivered my son passport to the wrong address and keep blaming us saying that the passport was delivered to our house, They called me and said the passport was returned by the person who received and ask to go and pick it up at post office, When I get there they told me that they couldn't find and the best I can do is order a new one, Horrible service

Someone from the post office opened my mothers day card sent from my own mother. Stoled the card and a $50 gift card she sent with it. Put the empty opened envelope in the box. Very sad. Filed a claim. Never heard anything back.

My package was dropped off at the wrong location so I called the post office and talked to Skiesha. She went above and beyond by tracking my package and having it delivered the same day. She then called me to verify it was delivered. Thank you for the follow through. Great job 👏

To the lady that delivers at Lakeside at Arbor place YOURE LAZY ! I have a certified letter that I needed and you literally just stuck this “sorry we’ve missed you “ on my door without even knocking ! I just looked at my ring camera and you didn’t “attempt “ anything. If you hate your job and lack patience find another one.

30 dead chick's. They were shipped on Feb 18th. Never scanned in by the Live Oak, FL post office for 2 days. Then sent to Tallahassee then took there sweet time getting to Atlanta. Horrible service. They just want to blame every one but themselves. It's not like I was waiting on a t-shirt. I hope they all loose their jobs. Time to start fresh. These people suck.

Poor service, line runs out the door and one agent servicing patrons. No sense of customer service. Doors locked outside of business hours and you can’t even get to your mailbox!! This sucks!!!!!!!!!

No sense of urgency. Not convenient. Have to use a card many times as they are routinely out of cash. Can't take a photo of your package at desk to prove your bought postage to your customer. Won't allow photos at the desk/counter! Just Stupid!!

Delivered my package to the wrong house. 8 months prior, package never arrived at my home but was cleared by this post office as delivered. My credit card charged me $100 for an item I never received. I know you say why not dispute it? Why do I have to destroy my good standings with my bank when I had no control over this & someone else ( I think the carrier) stole my package. I’m not just accusing the carrier w/o proof but was told it wasn’t enough to investigate, the manager asked carrier & she denied any wrongdoing and that was that… I was told to just file a police report, there was nothing they could do. He showed no empathy & defended his carriers and acted like I was lying. I do get a lot of packages but so does everyone else now since the country does more online shopping. I would get a PO Box but I don’t live close to this post office and would hate to have to drive there constantly for my mail but to be honest a lot of online stores don’t deliver to PO Boxes. It’s just a shame that the Post Offices have been reduced to carriers who steal packages or deliver to the wrong address. I’ve had all of the above happen to me, this is why I’m leaving a one star review because of this exact thing just today 7/28/24.Also I must, must, must add that my carrier is so lazy, she nearly breaks my mailbox to force packages into it that are obviously too big bc they’re too lazy to walk them to the door to deliver them. Just PATHETIC!!!
