If I could give zero stars I would. I have spoken with the pharmacy going on 7 days, still no prescription. They assured me that it would be delivered to my home, no charge - each day, when I get home, still not been completed. Get another excuse each time I speak with them. If not there today, I'm just going to leave Walgreens after all these years and go directly through my doctor's office which has a pharmacy in their building. Customer Service is below standards. (Phone personal are pleasant, but follow through isn't happening.

Mrs Tyra is Walgreens on Fairburn Rd is an absolute SAINT! I sent 8 8x10 and 4 16x20 prints to her store. She didn't have the supplies so she called different stores around the area to find someone that had the supplies to complete my order. I truly appreciate her going above and beyond for me the way she did. She truly is an asset to your company!!

Today was thee most horrible experience i ever had at this location. I pulled up to window around 340pm and was told my daughter's prescription would be ready at 430. So I waited. I went inside, bought a few items and then decided to go back to the window because my daughter was miserable. I got in line and waited 45 minutes just for the employee to tell me the insurance didn't cover the medicine specifically at walgreens and I could send it somewhere else... Really? Somewhere else when I've already waited all this time!! Why wasn't that told to me a hr and a half ago when I was at the window the first time? If you see it costs $75 and my child has medicaid, wouldn't that have been a reason to communicate? Maybe try tending to the customers better... those medications are life and death for some people and the employees are hiding!! Now my daughter has to wait until tomorrow to get her medication.. Part of working in a pharmacy is helping people and I don't think they got the memo!! I don't even want to give 1 star!!

Pharmist is easily offended and will use your prescription to punish you. She clearly isn't in control of herself and feels the need to use her modicum power to oppress others. If you can use another pharmacy I would suggest that. She also doesn't know the value of customer service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The pharmacy service here is HORRIBLE!!!!! I've been shorted on my medication for TYPE 2 DIABETES!!!! They make the labels on the boxes for the injectables confusing so you can't tell how many you're supposed to receive. So I just realized that I was shorted 2 months worth of medication. The insurance won't do anything because it's a pharmacy error and the pharmacy is refusing to do anything but fill it and make me pay full price. I was kept on hold for over an hour just to be told that there was nothing they can do but fill it and make me pay full price which is stupid and I should not have to because it is a pharmacy error and not mine. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was very unhelpful and rude and very uncooperative and would not even try to help me. If you value your health and don't want to have any health issues because you can't get a hold of medication, do not come to this location.

The Pharmacy Staff Is Great.. BUT... The Store Location Is Under Staffed.. Pharmacist Should Only Have To Focus Their Skills On Their Pharmacist Request Not Management Of The Store.

The wait is insane!!!!!! I'm waiting in line because I tried to call multiple times. Lesson learned. I'm moving all future prescriptions to ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

My experience at this location was absolutely terrible. The pharmacist was the most disrespectful person I've ever encountered in life. I just had surgery and I called to see if my prescription was ready for pick-up and the male pharmacist stated that they did not have the medication and he would call me back and let me know which store had it available for pick up. I asked to hold while he located a store that had the medication, he hung up on me. I called back and he answered again, I asked for a manager and he said, he was the manager. I asked for his name and his supervisor and his response was, "YOU CAN'T HAVE ANYTHING, YOU CAN GO STRAIGHT TO HELL". It's truly sad, that someone in management would talk to a person in that manner. I wasn't rude nor disrespectful to him and this is how a pharmacist manager at Walgreens treat their customers.

I just got my covid vaccine at this location and it went well. They were courteous and professional.
