!!!!!!!!!!!STEER CLEAR OF THIS TOWING SERVICE!!!!!!!!If I could leave NO STARS I WOULD LEAVE NO STARS. i WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ONLY 125$ TO TOW!!!!!!They charged 125$ RECOVERY + 150$ TOWING CHARGE + $75 ADMIN FEE, THEN ON TOP OF IT $38.50 PER DAY STORAGE.The vehicle was towed less than 10 miles. After the lady showed me the invoice and I expressed my concerns for all the additional charges she said that she would be happy to charge me $50 PER DAY for questioning her. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I was involved in a car accident, my car was towed here. They had closed and my valuables was left in my car. I’m guessing whomever I spoke to otp was the owner. Anyways, they met my friend after hours to their lot to retrieve my things. I just want to say thank you again for being so understanding and empathetic! I’ll refer this wrecker/towing company to my family & friends!

I’ve dealt with a vast amount of towing companies. This is the first towing company that seemed to give any care to what we needed at the time of our incident. We all know wrecks can be bad in various amount of ways but wheelers allowed us to retrieve our belongings needed for work as well as school from the vehicle once it was in the lot bear in mind after hours. You find me another towing company that allow you that opportunity you let me know. They went out of their way to help us when we needed them the most and we are ever grateful for them. My car was at this place, the damages were not too bad, so I left my amps in there because I didn’t think it would be a total loss. I agreed with my adjuster to go get my devices, but someone from this place stole my expensive amp. My car was transferred to the auction and they showed me videos no one took anything out, so it had to be the towing place that stole my amp. The manager was rude and unprofessional. She should not be a manager because she has no class and no qualities to be. She sounds Hispanic and tried to raise her voice , I am going to contact corporate to report this issue. This is the worst place ever, I will never do business with them again.

Had to have my truck towed a little over 50 miles today. They were fast and curious. They showed up on time. They gave me a great rate, too. Overall, it was a great experience! I will definitely use them again. If I need another tow.

Worst experience--My car broke down directly behind my housewhich was less than a mile away. The tow truck was called because my vehicle was half way in the road. When they came I asked the driver could he tow my car to my home especially being that it was a mile away. I asked for the cost and form of payment that he would accept. He then stated $75/cash only. (I don't carry much cash on me) I then said okay I will go a get it from the ATM which was about a mile and half down the road at the corner store. When I came back my vehicle was then impounded by them in which they charged me $150. I was very upset...don't tell me the charge, then tell me you take cash and then when I go and get the cash a mile away you impound my car to make double the charge.

Wheeler Towing was called to tow my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle the front bumper was torn totally off. She stated the power steering seem gone. Thinking it needed fluid. We brought some nearby. The line was torn loose. Attempted to get it to a safe residence, and ended up with a wrecker tow. The radiator had a large hole. The tow bill was $720 per Wheeler at the start then they reduce it to $455.I have no idea yet what else is damaged. Mercedes have a special way to tow them and it wasn’t used.
