I was in the zales store in Douglasville last week. I simply went in for a routine cleaning and inspection of my existing jewelry which was purchased at a different zales location. I recently moved to the area so it was my 1st time to the Douglasville location. Cynthia was fabulous! She was able to clean everything and untangle my Vera Wang necklace that I haven't been able to wear since vacation in March2025. Thank u!!! To Lisa and Emily, thank you so much for keeping me entertained with conversation about cars and funny stories, as I waited. All Highly appreciated !

I went in to buy a birthday gift for my daughter. The store had to request the item ship from another store. After nit getting a call to pick up in the stated time frame I was told the other store no longer had it available. I was very... upset. But Emily calmly called the store and found out it was because it had been shipped to me. She was so nice, professional and accommodating I couldn't stay mad,even before she called. Sammy and Cynthia were also very helpful.
