Being new to the area, I was not familiar with local hair salons. After calling several salons for two days I finally had Andrea’s get me in the next day for a quick trim for my daughter. We came in that morning and not too shocked, but no employees wearing mask (mind you during a pandemic) then the stylist proceed to cut my daughter’s hair..making her stand up for an entire 30 minutes, yes stand for a haircut. After twenty minutes of her standing and her legs shaking I asked the stylist not once, but twice was it really necessary for her to keep standing? And was ignored. Later to realized this was the owner Andrea. Eventually she let her sit the last five minutes of the haircut. When processing with payment I was told no debit cards, only cash or check. I was not told this over the phone when making the appointment, no sign on the door or when walking into the appointment, and once again using cash during a pandemic. So I had to then leave the salon to run to an atm. I have never left a bad review, but this one takes the cake. All in all: my daughter’s haircut was great, but the poor customer service from the owner herself was very sour.

Steve Ashley is the best he does great hair and on a very timely manner would recommend this place to anyone.

Made an appointment for my wife. Confirmed the appointment day of arrived for appointment waited 30 minutes and seemed as if the owner Andrea did not want new clients. When we arrived she was sitting talking to a lady with color on her hair then they went back rinsed her and she washed it then came back and was cutting it at that point we left wasn't going to sit another 30 minutes. Never have been treated so rudely by a business owner.

I love the people who work in Andrea's! Everyone seems very nice and I appreciate the excellence with which they serve their customers. Great place to get a great haircut!!
