Best at&t store!!! Customer service is amazing by all employees and they are genuine about helping the customers and I love how they all have a sense of humor which can really help make a customers day go alot smoother and better. I truly feel they can all succeed to be best they can be and more!!

The store reps were AWESOME! As soon as I walked in they assisted me immediately and handled everything in an orderly fashion. They made connections with customers and made the visit worth it.

I initally went to At&t in Dublin, Ga on January 6, 2023 to switch services over to them to help reduce the monthly payment on my family plan with Verizon. Initially, the transaction with Victoria S. was smooth, and our phones (Samsung Galaxy s22 and Iphone 14+) were ordered because they were not currently in stock. I was told the latest that one of my phones (iphone) would be shipped out would be Jan. 16, 2023 because of the large number of Iphone 14's coming out to customers.After I did not receive a notification for shipping on Jan. 16, I checked the status of my order and found neither one of the two phones had been filled or shipped out. After calling customer service, it was discovered that Victoria had attempted to port in the wrong number which delayed the shipment on our new phones.I made a trip back to the At&t store to check with Victoria to correct the issue. She advised me to wait for the phones to ship in a few more days, that the incorrectly ported number should not affect it, and the problem could be resolved once the phones came in and we brought them to the store.So I waited a few more days, with no phone still, and went back to the store.At this point, I spoke with Ms. Shernatte Ricks who was at the store each time on my previous visits. After I explained the whole situation to Ms. Ricks, she remembered the previous times I came in. She worked ferociously to contact Victoria S. via telephone calls and text messages to resolve the issue with my phone (galaxy s22) and ended up being able to help me cancel the original port since it was in error and provide me with an s22 from in stock that day. Ms. Ricks did inform me that per Victoria's instructions, that we should still wait even longer for my wife's phone to come in.As of the Jan 25, the iphone still had not come in, So I made yet another trip in to see Victoria to try and get her to correct the issue she created to begin with. Again, she was unaccounted for in the store. Ms. Shernatte Ricks again stepped up to the plate, and after discussing the issue again and aligning our schedules, she asked if I would be able to come in on Friday, Jan. 27, 2023 after lunch she would make sure that both my wife and I were taken care of.On Jan. 27 my wife and I made our last visit (hopefully for a while) to the At&t store where Ms Shernatte Ricks immediately stepped in and went to bat for us. Ms. Ricks was able to help us out by helping us cancel our initial order, provide my wife with the phone she initially wanted, and I believe she even had the activation fee waived to help us out for going through the wringer with the entire operation.I say all of that to say this..... the ONLY reason that this review is even getting 4 stars is because Ms. Shernatte Ricks has gone above and beyond to help me out through the entire phone situation. During my visits I obviously witnessed several other customers come in with issues, updates, upgrades, and other needs to which Ms. Ricks handled with grace, poise, and dignity. She did this all while also training 3 brand new employees with no apparent help from Victoria.The only thing that I am aware about in regards to Victoria S. is that "she used to work in corporate and somehow ended up at the At&t store in Dublin, Ga only temporarily until they can find another manager to run the store". At least that is what she tells every customer that she talks to that I heard with my own ears. It is overwhelmingly obvious that Ms. Victoria cares not about any of the customers coming in, and certainly not for the employees that are on site. Otherwise, she would make an effort to be more personable, and at work when she is supposed to be, ESPECIALLY when there are 3 BRAND NEW employees needing training!So thank you to Ms. Shernatte Ricks for all of your help, and I hope that after At&t observes this review that they truly consider letting you manage the store because you deserve it and then some.
