David was incredible, he came over personally, jump started our company van, took it to his location and tested everything and replaced the battery for us. “I bought a high mileage used truck from here. Very minimal issues and great staff. It has minor issues of course being almost 20 years old. I've already changed two coil packs and it has a slight slip bump. Been over a year since I bought it going strong.
Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because the drain bolt on the oil pan was completely stripped out and covered with rtv. I fixed it already but it would have been nice to been made aware. Turned a 15m oil change into a nightmare”

“This was me and my family first time getting our vehicle services by Auto Max. We chose to go to them because of the reviews, we saw how they took care of their customers also they were local to us. We did experience some bumps in the road due to some miscommunication on their part, but they worked with us even through that and got our vehicle serviced in a timely manner and priced it fairly based on what was needed and what was already done. They also help my family with other matters that allowed us to continue our routine without struggle while our vehicle was serviced and I thank them and the mechanic for that extra effort of care on our family behalf. We were patient with them and they returned the patients with us when our vehicle was finished being serviced which I thank them for that as well. Overall great shop, honest and caring people, we will be returning for our breaks. The only advice I give when going to them is always do the diagnosis first with your vehicle even if you do or don't know what's going on with it, that was the miscommunication. Other than that they will give you their honest and professional opinion and get the problem resolved.

“I recently purchased a F250 from Dublin Ford. I went to see my buddy Kenny Snelgrove because he had just transferred from Joe Maus. Ive bought several vehicles from Kenny. I wasn't going to buy a vehicle, just going to visit a friend. While there a vehicle caught my eye. After talking a while with Kenny And Mark Cox I decided to take a test drive. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, was upfront and honest about pricing, and went above and beyond by arranging to have my new 2026 F-250 7.3L Godzilla Tremor delivered to me in Florida while also driving my trade-in back to Georgia. This build was especially important to get right, since 2026 was the last year to get the 7.3L at its full, higher horsepower rating before Ford's 2027 update reduces output on that engine. That kind of hands-on service and attention to detail is hard to find, especially on a deal this far from the dealership.
