“I went on Friday and had a windshield put in, the lady at the front desk was as nice as could be. Unfortunately that was the only good thing about that day. When they were done with my truck they left glass everywhere, it was all over the dash, all in the floor, all in my seats, everywhere! I also had glue in places that it shouldn’t have been. I made a phone call and told the lady at the front desk about it, she said they would make it right. Well Sunday I go clean the glass out of my truck and wash it, and found that the windshield was leaking. Monday morning I went back and told them the problems I was having, she told me to come back later that day. When I went back, they replaced the windshield again, made sure everything was right, made extra sure my truck was clean and everything! It was a completely different experience than the time before! I understand that thing happen sometimes, and they really stepped up when I had a problem, and I’m thankful for that!”
