When I shop there it appears to me a couple of the employees are familiar with my face. These particular employees have always been professional & friendly towards me. Oh yea the prices are very reasonable and a good selection & on top of that, I like the new location so much better Vs. downtown Dublin

As a local and big shopper at Citi Trends, and knowing employees for many years !! Did you know that if you have a payment problem they will not hold $200 worth of merchandise when in fact nothing was wrong with the payment, it denied my 82 yr old mothers check!!! That I was out shopping on her behalf, wouldn’t accept my license w her check!!! MEANWHILE HAVE USED HER CHECK ALL OVER DUBLIN W MY ID as I have nothing to hide!! WHAT IS WRONG W SHOPPING FOR YOUR ELDERLY MOTHER!!! And have had 0000 problems at any other merchant and some of them don’t know me personally!!! and by the way the lady that’s ALWAYS ON THE PHONE!! said you got another call from them same folks and she’s really busy right now?? So do you want to take care of all your clients or just those in front of you!! A call back would have been fine… so bottom line if I hadn’t wanted the merchandise I would have put it back, now store employees have to put all this back!!! BUT YOU DO LAYAWAYS, but can’t help your customer who just couldn’t get back on same night! This happened at 7pm?? Thoughts??? Well bottom line THEY LOST MY BUSINESS!! And yes I’m only 1 customer but that adds up quickly!! If you don’t try to help your customers especially when they know your situation!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!!! So I drove to nearest Citi Trend to see and guess what!!! Not one problem!!!! At checkout, took the check w my ID!!! Found almost everything I did so all good!! Just bothers me!!! I try to shop LOCAL!!!!!

4-Stars for their Dublin store!⭐⭐⭐⭐ Found a really nice selection of "Positive-Affirmations" clothing for Black People (especially loungewear); as well as a nice assortment of bedding, linens, wallets, & some vanity items too. All at good prices that won't break your wallet!

Never have any clothing that fits me. I am a plus size. And all plus sizes are out of fashion or looks nothing like the others. I just wish i could find something in regular size that's also in plus sizes
