Predatory practices. Slimy AF. Do not trust this company. They took advantage of my elderly parents and not only did they take their deposit but also sought to charge them $800 on top of the deposit for a bunch of made up "repairs" . DO NOT TRUST THEM. The Dublin Board of REALTORS should be ashamed of them.
