So I am changing my review now that the new crew are in the pharmacy now. Ma.Diane is back and I could not be any HAPPIER!! She and the crew now will drop what they are doing to jump in to get your medicine filled instead of sending people away to keep coming back. We. Are super grateful for them. Corporate better not run them off or else A LOT of us will go somewhere else. I had the worst experiences with the last crew working there, to the point I dreaded going. You would get nothing but attitudes and them blurting out medicine information out in front of other customers trying to embarrass me. I felt so volatile and misunderstood to say the least. Thank you God for bringing Diane back along with a much better staff.

CVS Dublin, GA has an awesome tech. Diane has been so helpful and worked so hard to get a medication filled for me. She worked with the office and then with myself (even after she was about to leave for the day), to get my medication approved and filled. She is a great person! So happy she’s there.

They have gotten better with answering the phone and dealing with my prescriptions. Diane is the best worker and the most knowledgeable about how to help the customers.

This is probably the worst pharmacy in town ! The staff is nice but they are often out of my meds and have to order them. Go elsewhere if your insurance allows.

This CVS pharmacy has some really great workers . Dianne in the pharmacy section is very knowledgeable and helpful, she is professional and always willing to go that extra mile to make sure the customers are satisfied.Ms. Rozier and the new store manager are exceptional people. Very friendly and helpful.

I called in a prescription to the pharmacy on New Years Day and the pharmacist was very rude. After giving him the info, his response was "you could have left that on the voicemail".

They never have what you need and never answer the phone. I would at a different location and trust its not hard to fill a bottle!

This CVS Pharmacy is horrible. My 2-year old daughter had to go to urgent care and was released with a script to be filled so she could take her medicine within the next 2 hours. I went there and was told that it would not be ready until tomorrow. After explaining the urgency of the medication, the tech then stated "well I may can get it done by the end of the day". Remind you it was only 3pm! I'm from Atlanta, so coming here was new to me because the CVS in Atlanta will fill scripts same day and will rush scripts that are deemed to be URGENT!I asked for the hardcopy script back and went to Wal-Mart, who not only took my script, but also filled it within 15 minutes! I have been calling corporate and the district to address this problem! I made a post on Facebook and over 100 comments stated that they ALL of had issues with THIS pharmacy!!! This needs to be address because this is not acceptable!

This is not directed towards the staff, but the Covid testing. I now reside in the country. Meaning this is a 34 minute commute, I wish I was notified that the machine for the Covid testing was down before I made basically an hour commute there and back.
