The staff from the security guard to the ladies behind the window are exceptionally polite, courteous and helpful. The staff making a situation that is both embarrassing and troubling easier. No one there to talk to the human was outstanding. Machines taking thousands of jobs while we wait on hold. Closed the disabled and old folks help with applications. Wake up America go back to work.

No one there to talk to .machines all over the place taking thousands of jobs while we wait patiently on hold.bummer.Gave a 5 star because the human I talk to was outstanding.
