I was sold a 2013 Cadillac SRX, this past Summer. Before I purchased it, I took it to a repair shop to have it examined, nothing showed on the meter, within 2 days it ran hot, needed a fan sensor and thermostat, they did fix that. Within that same few days, the air conditioner not working, now no heat. I have no headlights, I have to drive with high beams only at night, now it drives like it's in another gear.
Be careful buying a car from here, they look good on the outside but they all have high mileage. In my case taking it to be inspected at a shop beforehand did not read on that meter. I am driving a lemon but paying a new car price monthly. I feel like such a sucker.

Got my car here over a year and a half ago and I barley drove it since I got it, the car had to many problems with it I had to get to many things fixed on it just for me not to be able to drive it since I had it head gasket, water pump, thermostat battery replace mean’t and and front and back brake pads on it! Please don’t go here!!!

Very good used vehicles at a very good price. Got my dodge Dakota crew cab from them. Had to put a little bit of TLC and wrench time but over all damn good truck.

I bought a 1993 Ford ranger from Wayne. Two decades ago It was a good vehicle. But never again, because.They repoed a truck that was in the name of the mother of my children. The vehicle was in her name. Yet they would not allow her to get all her tools out.They said they can't until it's decided who the tools belong too.They believed a man she wasn't even in a relationship with anymore when he said the stuff was his. They wouldn't allow her to get the tools,but they allowed him to get tools out and a speaker, Because things were already missing from the vehicle .Keep in mind they told her it has to be decided who the tools belong to,and he wasn't on the paperwork.Yet they allowed him in the vehicle.
And when she asked if she can take a photo of the stuff, so she could replace it . T.j told her that he had to call the ex ,who wasn't on the paperwork and ask if she could. Keep in mind he just said ,it has to be decided whose tools they are,Yet he has to ask the ex who wasn't on the paperwork and ask for permission.
I'm going to tell everyone I know what they did and said, I've already told my family not to buy a car from these people. And I will tell everyone what they did to Heather.

Manager/owner wayne was very rude and nasty after my husband and I stated to him that his employee trey sold us too lemons. He stated after too attempts you buy this car or get your money back by his attitude was ridiculous we took our money and shop somewhere else. We work hard for our money and we don't have to spend it to unprofessional used car lots. Would never recommend nobody to this car lot

Car shopping and thought I would give this place a shot. I came across two suburbans that was in fair shape. Was a 2013 with 200,000miles. Asking price was 16k. Thought that was too much as the vehicle had some issues. First off, the trim inside the vehicle was hanging off. Not bad, but not what I was wanting for $16k. It drove nice ,but then the check engine light came on. That was a huge red flag. I changed my mind real fast. Took it back and told them about it. Next I drove another suburban and it was nice. But the back seat vent up top was missing. Just a huge open hole in the roof. The asking price was $24k. They would not come down off that price. And the interest rate is 16%. Like OMG! Nah... Never mind. Everyone there was kind to me. Didn't pressure me. But the price and the rates were set for used vehicles that won't last long. If you're a poor person take you money else where it's not for you.
