I had a great experience at Dublin Ford. Mr. Trent was very helpful throughout the whole process of my purchase. I told him I wanted a 25 platinum max and the color and when I needed it by and he found it and had it delivered to the store. Once the vehicle arrived I checked it out and was in and out within 20 mins. Trent made the whole car buying process a breeze. Trent and the Dublin Ford staff are awesome people and I would not hesitate to do business again with Dublin Ford!

My husband and I had a very positive experience with this dealership, specifically with Roger! He was very personable, genuine, and truly cared about finding us a vehicle that was the right fit for us. We ended up finding a vehicle at another dealership, but I would definitely recommend this dealership & ask for Roger!

This is our second purchase from Dublin Ford. Our first was 10 years ago from salesman Mark Cox, who is now the sales manager. That speaks highly to us that the dealership has long tenured staff members. Our recent purchase was with salesman Doug McLeod, who has also been with the dealership several years. Let’s be honest, who thinks buying a vehicle is not stressful?! Doug made this an incredibly easy & fun experience. We do not live near Dublin. We drove 90+ miles to do business with them. Well worth the drive to Dublin Ford & ask for Doug McLeod. Highly recommend!!!

As always they been taking care of my 2017 Ford Explorer since I bought it, I only get oil changes and tire rotation but they do a great job, service lady Daphny is always smiling and ready to help! Highly recommend

Mr. Tim reached out to me after my problem with my Explorer was not fixed in the service department. He was determined to make things right and was very apologetic. He requested that I bring my vehicle back and he would make it right. I requested a particular technician and he honored my request. The problem was recognized immediately and repaired at no more cost. He stood by his word and made things right. Daphne was always kind and informative from beginning to end. Frank Surine has years of experience and knows what he is doing when he it comes to recognizing and repairing the problems. It is nice to know that there are still good businesses and people that stand by their word.

Great experience over at Dublin Ford today thanks to Joseph Powers. I purchased a Ford F150 today after looking at several trucks. This is the 3rd vehicle me and my wife have purchased here. We got our first vehicle back in 2019 a Ford escape and was very satisfied with all the service we got from them on it so in July of this year my wife purchased a 2024 Explorer and we love it so today I found the perfect truck for me.
