Not good at contacting customer about any issues. Instead they disable your account and make it to where you can't make a payment. And then you have to call them and figure out why. And if you can't get in touch with them you are at risk of being stranded because the car will not start.

Very unprofessional. Even when you’ve paid your car payment they cut your car off. They won’t answer the phone at all. I do not recommend

I’ve had trouble with the car from day one took it back for them to fix it instead the cut the converter out from underneath it and I had to fix everything on it and they didn’t stand by it at all. I replaced everything and they just didn’t stand behind the vehicle at all….

You might want to check the total of your payments against the Blue Book value of the vehicle you're purchasing. You may find that you're paying double or even triple what the car is actually worth. There are other places that won't gouge you so egregiously. Or save your money and go purchase outright the same car you see on their lot somewhere else. You will pay much less. I understand the business they are in, but charging $10,000 for a car that's barely worth $3k is a ridiculous exploitation of people with no money. We have money and are able to go somewhere else. Not everybody is. Beware. At least know what you're agreeing to.

Dublin motors offer excellent service and excellent customer service. There vehicles are top choice and I have done business with them for the past 4 yrs. I purchased 3 vehicle from them in that time.

Back in 2020, my husband and I financed a car through here. They seemed very nice and helpful. My husband was always on time with the payments. July 2021, my husband was admitted to Fairview Park hospital with Covid Pneumonia. When I called them and told them he was in the hospital with Covid they told me, " Bring the car in and we will hold it until he gets out of the hospital". Thinking they had my best interest at heart, I took the car to them. A few weeks later, the car was sold to someone else. Next thing I know, my husband passes away from Covid. I tried calling to talk to them but they really had no time for me. They did tell me they were sorry for my loss. At least they did that much. Guess it was my stupidity for trusting a company.

To be completely honest I wish I could give them less than 1 star. I feel like it is way to generous. Day 1 of trying to buy a car, I was understanding. I did have an out of town license. So, day 2 I came back with everything required. When I say i jumped through hoops to be able to buy a dang car I am not even kidding. I went to get a copy of my utility bill, to prove residency, changed my address on my driver's license, had proof of income, the ridiculous amount of references required, a statement from my landlord who is also my boss, money and all. After almost 2 hours of waiting for the guy to speak to me I was told I needed a co-signer. When my co-signer showed up I was told no she could not co-sign because she is not blood related. So, my husband's aunt tried to get the car in her name today, day 3 now. He told her no she could not get the car for me in her name. The reason he gave me for not selling to me was I have not lived in dublin long enough. He said I have to be a resident of Dublin for a year. This makes no sense to me at all. Now, I will say this he did act annoyed when I was checking the car out. I cranked it and popped the hood and checked it from front to back. He kept saying just test drive it. I smiled and explained I would, I just want to look at everything first. I know that not all women know their way around the engine of a car. However, that is not me. It seems like he was not very happy about me checking so thoroughly. I guess he expected me to just point at one I liked and sign the papers and hand him money. I am including a picture of the requirements.
