Carried our camper to have washed, the top resealed, and seals replaced around slides. The camper still had green mold, dirty streaks on side. The top was not resealed, caulk around seams only. There was part of a chunk of cement on top top, that knocked a hole in the roof. We were told they would put a tarp over the top, we and got our camper 5 days later on August 28th 2024. No tarp, hole still in roof and were told getting it fixed was between us and God. DO NOT RECOMMEND this company, very unprofessional and shady owner. RESPONSE TO REPLY: We got a call from your service manager that our camper was ready, went on Friday to pick it up...the pictures show the results of the end of the job. If your employee was out due to sickness, why were we called that it was ready for pickup? Your establishment needs to get on the same page before speaking out. If work wasn't completed why did we get the call it was. No attitude was shown to you today, except yours. You stated you were not fixing the roof, then we get a call that an insurance adjuster was coming to look at it and for us to bring it back. NO, you didn't try to fix this problem, just stop with your passing the buck...TAKE responsibility for your place of business and standards.

If you’re looking to buy a rv go see Tolita she is awesome! My husband and I had certain features that each of us were looking for and to add to our shopping day it was raining. The rain didn’t stop Tolita from going above and beyond in helping us find the right fit for our needs. She had the most patience (we looked at the same rvs over and over before making a decision). She didn’t rush us and even brought us an umbrella ☔️. Thanks so much again for your help and hospitality Tolita. We will be back in the future as our adventures grow and we get used to the rv life.

Ms.Tolita from here was the absolute best. She is very attentive and she not only listened but also picked up from our family while there just what our needs and wants were. She was also very patient with our 5 year old as he ran about her feet on a wet mucky day. I can not say enough good things about this employee and can not express my gratitude enough. She also got us into a camper and made my dream a reality!! You will not be disappointed in the service there unless you come in with a bad attitude!!!!

I had an issue on 16 that just happened to be at this exit. The people here were very helpful. They had the parts I needed. I was back on the road in a few minutes.

Spent $1100 to have our floor replaced in our bathroom. When we picked up the camper, the worker had left all the mess from the repair in the camper. Owner would not knock off for cleaning or have it cleaned. Once we got home and cleaned it out we found cigarettes butts in the floor and pee in the toilet, not flushed. We have never used the toilet in our camper so this was not from us. Would not recommend using this dealer for repairs.

Left there with a bad taste in our mouth. The girl was not welcoming at all, she was there with her kids and I’m sure she was more worried about that. She showed us a couple of rvs but she was not knowledgeable at all. We left there and didn’t look back I would honestly pass this place there is no professionalism.

The service was friendly as expected for a small town rv dealer, however pretty disappointed in their parts pricing. I was getting ready to leave on vacation when my 50amp rv cord burned up as we were loading up the truck. Needed a replacement quick so our pets wouldnt overheat while we're gone. It was either the 40 minute drive here, or an hour drive to Byron, so thought I would shop local and give this place a shot to minimize the delay in my trip. With something as simple as a power cord, of course they had what I needed, though no prices on many things. Took it to the counter knowing I was going to pay the convenience tax of getting my hands on what I needed when i needed it at an in town retailer. Gentleman told me retails around $290 but that he could bring it down to $250 so at first I felt I was getting a deal. After getting back home I decided to check the actual price and I just should of saved myself the hurt and shouldn't have. The same 50amp rv cord sells for $100 less than what I paid at a handful of other retailers. Instead of having an economical parts spot I can head out to for various parts, I'll almost always order online when I can.
