worst customer service ever, we gave her 20$ and she flat out lied and said we only gave her 10$ so she gave us only 6$ in change, yes you know who you are, we are very positive she’s did this before but we wasn’t gonna get the cops involved and be up here for another three hours over 10$, she was extremely rude, even to the other customer before us. i do not recommend friendly gus at all especially this one, we’re broke enough, don't need others stealing, if you go there expect to leave with your money divided by 2 or 3 because your not getting all your change.

on a road trip with my pals, coming from Ohio. It kinda sucked but it was cool. There were also some slot machines and a guy was in there posted up. Also I got some jack links dip which is really funny and not something you can find in Ohio. 10/10

Absolutely the worst employees I have ever encountered in my life. Unprofessional, female behind the counter talking with friends and ringing up customers, cussing and completely ignoring customers whom she was ringing up then just stood there with her hand out for payment without even telling the customers their total. Didn't even look toward the customer a single time. . After she rung up my order I said thank you and she just sucked her teeth and said uhh huh.

Absolute WORST customer service I have ever received. The women who work there are unprofessional to say the least. The food is rarely fresh and if you ask for fresh food, they give you an attitude. A PAYING CUSTOMER SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO ASK FOR FRESH FOOD. Even if you do, the clerk will most likely LIE and say the chicken was made twenty minutes ago, even though it's hard as bricks. I asked for a fresh meal to replace the cement covered one I was given, and this woman named Linda told me she made the food twenty minutes ago so they wouldn't replace it. She said I could get my money back so I went back to the store to do so. When I arrived, she stood there, propped up on the counter with her chin in her hand. She acted as if I wasn't standing there and when I explained why I had returned, she said "oh she gonna give you yo money back" and then finally the other clerk got up from her CHAIR and came up to process the refund. First of all, if you can lean, you can clean. And there should be no reason you are sitting down on the job when your food is disgusting and there's work to be done. Just overall Terrible in every way possible. I will NOT be going back, flash foods is right across the street from you guys and their gas is cheaper anyway.
