We went to the VA for help and they recommended Townsend's. Two gentlemen eagerly agreed and with an incredible amount of respect folded my father's flag properly. They would not accept anything for doing this for me and I just wanted to publicly say thanks”

“Wow, where do I start, my experience with Serenity was phenomenal and it was the best experience anyone can have under the circumstances. Mr Mack and his staff was the absolute best. I lost my husband on April 9, 2025 and Hospice contacted them for me and they were on there for me from that moment on. I felt like he was a family member looking out for his loved one. He made sure to clearly explain everything to me and he worked with me every step of the way. I truly loved the kindness, empathy and the emotional support that he and his staff gave me.
