I moved to Dublin last month. Someone took thingsw out of my house before I was completely moved in. Instantly I noticed two green chairs that were removed from my porch. Little by little I noticed inside decor missing. Fate had me to drop by Goodwill in Dublin for the first time today. I drove up there were about four huge boxes in the donated area outside, lo and behold, I spotted MY lamp shades. I questioned the employee who went for the manager. I explained the situation to her, being the manager and showed her Pictures of the lamps among other things, taken inside my mom home a few months back. Needless to say, she was super not concerned , her parting words were “I don’t know where your things are, these things came from Macon, there’s nothing that could be done. I simply walked away with my feelings destroyed. I walked through the Goodwill store for all of 5 minutes and decided to walk back out to take pictures, what do you think happened? Out of everything in those huge boxes the lamp shades were removed! Why did you feel the need to hide it!?What is really going on? ! It is hurtful for some to take from you, the idea of someone going through your personal things is definitely an act of violations. To others who feel that it is ok shows no signs of empathy toward another person’s feelings and belongings, in my opinion, after all is said and done I wish for you not to be in my shoes. By the way, these things belonged to my MOM whose heavenly anniversary is on the 24th of this month. Painful

Just wasted $20 on a projector that was missing a power cord out of the box. This is a very shady business. They must not know that's how people go out of business. That's the last time they will get me

Everything has been priced up. They are selling shein t-shirts for 5.99. Completely ridiculous prices. Make sure to shop at other local thrift stores!! This Goodwill is not worth you time and money.

Dirtiest goodwill I’ve ever seen. Donated some clothes too and the donation area is overflowing with junk to where some of it isn’t even covered. Stuff is so priced up too, a pickleball set was priced 2 dollars more than the exact same thing on Amazon.

Just a tiny store, but oh my goodness an absolute stellar collection of books! And less costly than the larger goodwills! Between myself and my bff Michele, we purchased 41 books

Prices are great but I couldn't really find much of what I was looking for such as leggings and long sleeve shirts that were not either too big or too small. I got a couple of cute things though so I don't regret stopping by.

Was in the store an hour before closing. Picked out 3 items for my son to try on. It was about 40 minutes before closing when we asked to try on clothes. We told the fitting rooms close a full hour before closing. We had ample time to try on these items and be out of the fitting rooms long before closing. We were informed they would not let us try on the clothes even though they could see we only had 3 items, they refused to allow him to try them on. We live an hour from the store and this was the closest store. It was a completely wasted trip. With these kinds of policies, I don’t know that I will be back anytime soon. I could understand 30 minutes before closing if we had a lot to try on but this was ridiculous and poor service.

Good store, stocked and cleaned. Employees nice. But the pricing was crazy. $5.05 $7.07 & $8.08 etc. It was strange but cheaper than most Goodwill.
