We have used Kroger pharmacy for many years and have been happy BUT This week we had a different experience. My husband has recently been put on a chemo pill. When the prescription was called in they called in a 25m and a 50mg. We only received the 25 and didn't know we were supposed to get two different ones. I got the protocol from the nurse the next day and the dosage slowly increases. On day 3 he was supposed to take 75mg so he took 3 of the 25's. We called the Dr on Monday to get a refill of the 25 since he would be running out on Tuesday. That's when we found out we should have received 50 and 25. I checked the Kroger app and they did have both prescriptions on file but never filled the 50. We went by to pick up prescriptions and there was no charge on the 50 but 110.00 for the 25 since it was too early to fill and insurance wouldn't pay until the 29th. I don't think and don't feel it is fair that we had to pay because they didn't fill the prescriptions correctly to start with. This is medicine he has to take and can't do without right now so we had no choice but to pay. I will be checking other local pharmacies for our medications. Right is right and wrong is wrong and this was wrong.

I have been a long time customer of Kroger. I have been satisfied with their services. The only thing I've noticed lately is more meds are out of stock or discontinued and that's a little alarming. Fact is, it's not their fault because it's happening all over, just hard figuring out the alternatives. Still a great store in my book.

Not a very helpful place. My physician called in a prescription to this location, after 3 days I picked up all but one prescription, they said nothing about the missing medication, I called them that day they said the medication would be available on the following day. I finally called, now we are on day 5 they inform me they will not fill the prescription. No communication came from the pharmacy, I had to call them! Let me also note that after all the "improvements' to the entire store, prices increased yet their stock remains sketchy at best. And the store lacks that clean feeling Kroger was so good for before. I suggest you try Walmart for your food shopping and CVS for your pharmacy needs.

I have been using Kroger Pharmacy for many years now and have always been pleased with their level of caring and performance. Yesterday ,August 14th 2023, in a hurry multitasking , I went to get my Covid shot and a flu shot, I was going to bring my 94 year old uncle but the distance to walk was a bit far. The nurse ,a heaven sent angel ,(Heather)came in to give me my shot ,although Covid injection were not available yet so I got my flu shot and explained to her that I usually bring my uncle in but unfortunately he’s not able to walk in because of the distance. Heather job continued by supplying me with her heartfelt gratitude, she told me to bring my uncle to the store and call her when I got there and ask for her and she would come to the car to give him his shot and she did just that , Kroger has an outstanding staff , Thanks Heather!.Sharon Dollar

Watching my wife deal with the incompetence carelessness, and chaos included in dealing with the Kroger's pharmacy makes me angry. She needs medications to live. It is rare that we can just show up and pick up a prescription. The majority of the time there is a reason they cannot do their job. It is exhausting. Just a few items that shows their low low standards, the car line takes way too long, and with minutes to spare at closing time they will shut the window in your face. It really sucks going another 24 hours with kidney stones! Thanks Kroger pharmacy! I could go on and on and on.

Always professional service with excellent counseling on any medication that you are picking up. Great place to get your vaccines.

Abysmal repetition of blundered experiences which leaves one absolutely frustrated with their broken system, inept operations, and delinquent patient service…
Dublin deserves better than their apathetic pharmacists/technicians punching the corporate time clock.

My friend had just been informed she had a kidney stone and a urine infection. Antibiotics were prescribed. I arrived at 530 to pick up her prescription. Upon arrival I was told it wasn't ready and asked if it had just been ordered. I responded yes and was immediately informed that I would have to return the following day since they were closing at 6 pm. I couldn't believe it!As a retired nurse and someone who has worked in a pharmacy I was shocked. I asked if it was their practice to let people with infection wait 24 hours before they can get their antibiotics?. Anyway..I was then told if I was willing to hang out until close they could fill it.Im from Maine..and such practice would not be allowed . Shame on you Kroger. ..and shame on this employee for making such a suggestion..

The young white girl running the drive thru at 5:45pm on 5/7 was ok but the rude black girl behind her was rude and nasty. I will be calling corporate on her. Unfortunately I do not know her name but will find out.
