This place was clean and well stocked. I would have given 5 stars if they had more flavors for sugar free drinks. My husband and I are on a pretty restrictive diet right now and we were still able to find some snack options for on the road.

I recently stopped at the Love's Travel Stop and was quite impressed. The location features a Subway restaurant attached, which is a convenient option for grabbing a quick meal. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always appreciated on a long drive. Additionally, there were plenty of available gas pumps, so I didn't have to wait to refuel. Overall, a solid stop for travelers looking for a clean and efficient pit.

We made a quick stop here and upon walking in we saw the employee drop cups on the floor while trying to restock them. She picked them up off the dirty floor and put them right into the sleeve for customers to grab. That's highly unsanitary. You have people walking from outside and from the bathrooms and wiping their feet on the rug and here she is picking up cups off of them and putting them up for customers to drink out of.

My tire was punctured & call them @7:30 pm for change the tire & they said they will close @11pm & they have 4 trucks ahead of me. Then I checked in for morning. They open @6:00am and I checked in again @6:00am. I was the 1st customer still they took 2 another trucks then change my trailer tire @ 9:45AM. Very bad experience.

One of the workers at loves truck stop #320 off of wxit 49 for I-16 is just completely rude to some of the customers. I was inside waiting for a ride to work as i usually am around noon, im not bothering anyone and i am usually only there for 20-30 min a day waiting for my ride to work and she came up to me today ( Fri June 21, 2024) and tells me that i have to leave. She had no reason to ask me to leave as far as im concerned since i dont cause trouble to the store or any of the customers. I am usually at the table right inside the door so i can open the door for customers that may have their hands full. Trying to be a good citizen in the comunity, but today she caused me to not want to go back there at all when im supposed to go for a job interview this afternoon for the loves truck stop side since its right up the road from where i live and i can walk to it every day. So in my opinion if you can avoid the subway/Chesters side while she is there id highly suggest it. The rest of the staff are amazing its just her that has ruined it for me.

This truck stop is small and gets full quick. One way in one way out, if there are more than 2 trucks in line at first isle, no one will be able to enter or exit. Rock/hard place

today 6-10-24early in the morning I arrived at this love ready to drink a good coffee made by the machines but the machines did not have beans and when I asked the workers to supply them they did not listen and even smiled at my failure What is this What it's about We keep America moving We deserve better attention from this love truck stop (5:43 am)
