I quite liked this place; the candles smelled amazing so I got some. Only issue I had was I wish the staff was a bit more knowledgeable, because when I asked a question I got a "I guess so" and a shrug...which was odd to me

I love the selection here, I almost always end up purchasing something, but the customer service is lacking. A few times I chalked it up to younger retail associates, perhaps without a lot of experience, but multiple times with multiple staff members is a larger problem. Tonight the girl who was working didn't acknowledge me the entire time I was in the store. Even when I had something in my hand she didn't ask if I needed a fitting room, never spoke to me or made eye contact with me. Only when I brought my purchase up to the register after being in the store and the fitting room for 15-20 min. collectively did she finally speak to me.

I recently moved to Dublin and am so happy to have discovered this cute boutique! I love supporting small businesses and Mint makes it so easy by offering cute options I would want anyway. I have used the website to order online and since I live locally, they have even delivered to my home during the pandemic! I got this cute leopard duffel bag as a gift for my mom and got a Brumate which has changed my White Claw drinking game! Overall, I highly recommend shopping local with Mint
